Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
Homemade Blue Curacao Syrup:
-Water 2 Cups
-Sugar 1 Cup
-Lemon juice ½ Cup
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
-Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 1 large
-Lemon zest 1 tsp
-Blue gel food color ¼ tsp or as required
-Ice cubes
-Lemon slices
-7up
-Lemon slice
Directions:
Homemade Blue Curacao Syrup:
-In a saucepan,add water,sugar,lemon juice,salt,cinnamon stick,lemon zest & mix well,bring it to boil & cook until sugar is dissolved.
-Discard cinnamon stick.
-Add blue gel food color & mix well.
-Let it cool completely.
-Can be stored in an airtight bottle for up to 2 weeks in refrigerator (yields: approx. 600ml).
-In a serving glass,add ice cubes,lemon slices,7up,prepared blue curacao syrup (2 tbs) & stir well.
-Decorate with lemon slice & serve!
-Makes 24-25 glasses.

-Saucepan mein pani,cheeni,lemon juice,namak,darchini aur lemon zest dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad cheeni ghul janay tak paka lein.
-Darchini ko discard ker dein.
-Blue gel food color dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Airtight bottle mein dal ker 2 weeks kliya refrigerator mein store ker saktay han (yields: approx. 600ml).
-Serving glass mein ice cubes,lemon slices,7up & tayyar blue curacao syrup (2 tbs) dal ker ache tarhan stir ker lein.
-Lemon slice sa decorate ker ka serve karein!
-Makes 24-25 glasses.

I tried this today for iftar, it turned out really nice. It has such a nice flavor mixed with 7up and it also was very good for digestion as I usually get bloated after iftar but today I felt so lightweight!

@@iqraayaz8918 prepare thick sugar syrup and add lemon juice, blue color and black pepper (optional) to it. Then pour this in a bottle and keep refrigerated. When making the juice add blue syrup as required and add the 7Up. The difference is that FoodFusion added lemon while cooking the syrup and we add it raw after the syrup is prepared and cooled. Another difference is the black pepper.
The quantities are estimated according to taste.
