Hey J, I saw a woman hit a royal flush at the Borgata a few years back, she got excited and accidentally hit the double up button and the dealer pulled a face card (I forget which one) but she had every darn slot attendant and casino executive down there as she was going off that the didn't intend on doubling up, she just whacked the key by accident. It was one of the flat screen games. I never did stick around to see the outcome! I usually can't get past the 3rd or 4th time doubling myself, and usually never double more than a full house on DDBP or a quad on Joker. Deffinately has a house advantage, though I've seen people with big balls double 250 and win.

Jeremy as an Old card counter, I counted, plus 1 for each time you got your double up and negative 1 for each time you did not win. At one point the count was plus 5, and at one point it was negative 4, at the end you were a PLUS ONE. So over all you beat it. WTG. Wynn Wynn Video Poker. EDIT: I stopped watching near the end when you were talking about the popcorn. I finished watching, your double up was EVEN. LOL 😅
I was going to see how much the coin difference was also - I’ll watch it again Sometimes if I double a 5 coin and I think I had a 50 coin - I could loos the 5 coins but win the 50 coins and still be up 45 coins. One more session tomorrow- thanks for the insight.
YES! Love seeing this. I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU STOPPED AT 40,60,100 EVERYTIME????? Double up is like a KO punch. Go BIG! Don't think it won't go 6+ times in a row. It will. The fun starts when you made it 5 or 6 times in a row and have 480 going for 960 ... Feel the adrenaline ... And you have to beat a 2.. LOL.. Great to see. I have doubled thousands of times and my strategy is keep some hands. Keep some small doubles. But sometimes make the choice that I'm going till shes over 500 credits period regardless of starting hand. Trust me it works sometines. Have fun man. Wish I was at the machine next to you. Yeah like someone mentioned jack better or bonus is good for the with 2 pair paying double. Good Luck!!
Not a big fan of double up myself but never used it to be honest,making a gamble once on a video poker hand seems like enough.Casinos I gamble at in reno dont seem to have it.

Love it and I believe you have to have good luck playing slots no one can tell me different. I have a friend that has never played slots in his life and I'm taking him to hard rock soon. He is going to have one heck of a good time and beginners luck I hope. Lol
I don't care for double up heck it's hard enough at times to win hands! I don't believe double up is going to win at the end of your play. My opinion Big Kat's

I think double up is totally random. Not sure but I think its a 50/50 shot.

Sometimes if I double a 5 coin and I think I had a 50 coin - I could loos the 5 coins but win the 50 coins and still be up 45 coins.

i only play double up on jacks or better, need that two pair payout to make some runs
