    Also follow this:
    1. Dont peek when you dont have cover
    2. Peek one enemy at time( if you do first rule and good movement u just cant play aginst 2-3 enemy even when they peek at same time)
    3. Train movement 1-2 months on aimbotz, just try to burst for 2 bullets with doors for the closest pixels from doors you can( open doors by shooting the click thingy) and thats the best way, just 1 h movement. Dont act like u have movement, you only made mistakes and trained them, and you still do them. You have great aim and bad movement, you will not get above dmg, le, lem. So start one more time from begining to not get angry that sth is missing and you can win even with best gamesens cus everybody will oneshot you when u peek as wide as u peek. It is good ONLY when enemy holds awp and MISSED shoot already :)

    I tried this routine last year and it helped me rank up by a bit. The only thing that will matter here is the commitment and intention to the aim training itself. For me, I can't commit that much since I have studies to do but it hella works if you ask me.
    Also, you can also actually use this aim training in Valorant too with some slight adjustments like placements and stuff.

      @kyvintalks 3 роки тому +1

      @@johnathan5559 wrong, poorly informed. The brain is only focused 100% on a certain task for a set period of time. Any longer than that then your training will not be 100% efficient, say 30 minutes at most doing headshot only training you will be focused fully, and get 100% of the improvement. After that it will slowly go down untill you no longer gain anything after doing the same task over and over again. Switching tasks and changing exercises can help with this, but I wouldn't reccomend playing on the deathmatch server for 3 hours straight. At most 1 hour, practice and take 1-2 hour breaks in between, warm up again and play comp. Do not play longer than 3 hours max if you're looking to grind, or do not do 3 hours over for anything really, practice for 3 hours can tax your arm and wrists. Your corporal tunnel will take damage if you keep doing this for extended periods of time. I reccomend ( FURIOUSS' warmup, 30 mins ) then ( deathmatch headshot only server, 1 hour ). After that, stretch your wrist and arms and rest for a while, 5 mins minimum and 10 mins max so you don't lose your muscle control whilst being able to rest your wrists and arms. If you're done playing comp ( 3 matches is good ). Rest again for an hour or two atleast, your eyes are important too. You may repeat it again.

    Loved the vid mate, my take would be from your gameplay, your movement would help you in a lot of situations too, maybe try some kz and bhop to work on it, try working on how your swinging on your peeks and how your holding angles when waiting for pushes, also I couldn't recommend executes and retakes more as ways of improving but without it becoming tedious. Keep up the vids bro!

    Tip, u should stop moving when shooting, u keep having this like left-right kinda instinct to move when u shoot. That makes ur first bullet totally miss, maybe even the 2nd one. Other than that, keep it up!
