About David Wilkerson
David Wilkerson was the Founding Pastor of Times Square Church in New York City. He was called to New York in 1958 to minister to gang members and drug addicts, as told in the best-selling book, The Cross and the Switchblade.
In 1987, David Wilkerson returned to "the crossroads of the world" to establish Times Square Church. As a pastor of the church, he faithfully led this congregation, delivering powerful biblical messages that encourage righteous living and complete reliance on God.
David Wilkerson had a strong burden to encourage and strengthen pastors throughout the world. From 1999 to 2008, he traveled around the globe holding conferences for Christian ministers.

Dang he was right. Everything he said is right - disrespect, no peace, hate for police officers, addiction, etc. So sad this is happening in the churches
Where are strong preachers today & preach the fear of God like he does? These false preachers will get their punishment if they don’t repent, but Since the old puritans Christianity has down hill especially today but God can pour out His Holy Spirit & convict the world of sin & righteousness. Come Holy Spirit come. In Jesus name Anen.

Isn’t it insane how every sin he was talking about is running rampant right now in 2023 and has been for 15-20years!! it’s much worse now than it could ever be and I think he was preaching this 30 years ago or 40 years ago maybe even longer
Dear Lord Jesus, we don’t have problems after hearing about those people. Help all Your children help those who have nothing. It breaks my heart to hear of people living without You, and without love and being loved. Forgive me for asking You for such petty things. Change me to be like You Lord. 🕊️♥️
i just love your word of God. I bought a sinner to church .this man in prison he taught CHRIST , I STILL try to help him .But people in church demanded he leave. i pray for him and try to help him.
i love your word , God took from the UC Berkeley campus and leftism to the gates of heaven in a vision . He is the great Shepherd of lost. i was lost , Its so hard to find a church .
If God were actually real He would be considered a homicidal maniac or a serial killer.

The two main issues of todays pulpits are hyper grace and the opposite condemnation pastors.
I love David Wilkerson. He was one of the first preachers the Lord led me to online 17 years ago and I was devastated when He was called Home!
No pastors today that preach hellfire and brimstone teach how to be free from sin, except Jimmy Swaggart.

Sorry! Please forgive me, but he got caught with a prostitute and should had never come back to ministry and his daughter preaching is not of God. There are preachers that teach how to come out of sin….Jesus’s Word…first of all. You can’t get any better than the Word & Prayer & fasting, but John Wesley, Jonathan Edward’s, Andrew Murray, E.M. Bounds, A. R. Torrey. These were truly holy men who loved the Lord & and the Puritans of old who were full of the Holy Spirit like we should be.

If you would open your heart and listen with a humble and broken spirit you wouldn't be criticizing---Stop evaluating everything based on your limited knowledge of God's word---And of the heart of God.

Our Lord says (excerpts from Maria Valtorta's Poem of Man-God, Vol. 1, pp.690-691): "It is said, "Do not put the Lord your God to the test (Matt 4:7, Deut 6:16)." This commandment is forgotten too open. We put God to the test when we: (1) want to impose our will on Him, (2) rashly act against the rules of the Law, which is Holy and Perfect in its spiritual side, the principle one, and deals with' and takes care also of, the flesh created by God, (3) after being forgiven by God, reverts to our sins, (4) after receiving God's help, turn to our own ways and damage the help, which had been granted for our own good and to remind us of God. God is neither to be mocked at, nor derided (Gal 6:7). But that happens too often. What punishments awaits those, who deride God (for example, Lev 10:1-2)! The Eternal God, who is full of compassion for those, who are repentant, is Most Severe with unrepentant souls, who, under no circumstances, will amend themselves."

Our LORD, GOD and SAVIOUR did create the simplest of fabrics (H²O) to sustain all forms of life here on earth.
Just as the Jordan and the Euphrates are made of this fabric, so to also are the Bow and EL-bow.

One thing Wilkerson said in this sermon I have a question about.. he said, "I'm sick of hearing people say, 'I'm living the Crucified Life.' I'm living the Resurrected Life! Christ was Crucified ONE TIME. When He said, "It is Finished", He meant it!" I don't believe that lines up with Scripture. Paul said in Galatians, "I AM CRUCIFIED WITH CHRIST, nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ LIVES IN ME." (Galatians 2:20). The OLD Paul was DEAD. Paul was Crucified with Christ. Also read Philippians 3:10-11. Paul wrote, "That I may KNOW HIM (Christ) and the power of His Resurrection, and the Fellowship of His sufferings, BEING MADE CONFORMABLE UNTO HIS DEATH (the Cross). With Paul, the CROSS, and being CRUCIFIED WITH CHRIST, was not in the "rear view mirror", as Wilkerson angrily tried to make it in his sermon. The CROSS, and being CRUCIFIED with Christ was always a PRESENT reality with the Apostle Paul, as long as we are in the SINFUL BODY OF DEATH. Maybe Wilkerson was experiencing FAILURE in his ministry, as he relates in this powerful sermon, because he had that dismissive attitude toward being CRUCIFIED WITH CHRIST, and he depended solely on the POWER OF CHRIST'S Resurrection- the Holy Spirit in his ministry! The WISDOM AND POWER OF GOD IS THE CROSS OF CHRIST! 1st Corinthians 1:18-31

@@haroldsmith5761 Extremely powerful message. I listen to David Wilkerson's sermons online more than any other preacher. But he, like the rest of us, was just a man. No one who stands behind the sacred desk is exempt from having their words measured against the Word of God. The Apostle Paul wrote in Galatians 5:24, "And they that are Christ's have CRUCIFIED THE FLESH with its passions and lusts." Wilkerson said, Verily clearly in this message, "i'm sick of hearing people say, "I am living the CRUCIFIED LIFE " NO ONE LIVES THE CRUCIFIED LIFE. Christ crucified the Flesh at Calvary, and said "It is Finished". I am living in the power of the Resurrected Life, the Holy Spirit." Wilkerson directly contradicted Paul's testimony, and the Message of the Cross. Jesus Himself said, "Unless a corn of wheat fall into the ground, and DIE, it abides alone. But if it DIE, it brings forth MUCH FRUIT. He that LOVES his life shall LOSE it, but he that HATES his life in this world shall KEEP IT unto LIFE eternal." The CROSS is the mechanism God has designed for us to LOSE our carnal selves, and be CRUCIFIED with Christ. He who DENIES that, as Wilkerson did in this sermon, has DENIED the Gospel. This is the 1st time I have heard this sermon. I'm surprised NO ONE has called him out on what he said prior to now.

HONESTLY!!! So do you think Paul was alleging some commandment or directive. So in some of that long-winded often confusing writing of Pauls; am I to think God said I have to think or look at it exactly like Paul?
Paul was just writing letters pertaining to church and worship and moral and various other subjects. There's no real indication Paul was channeling, receiving or writing thoughts dictated by God. I REALLY only need live it according to the teachings of Isho. God The Father told Him, and He told us.
The Evangelist from the Iron curtain was right. Wilkerson was full of pride and anger. You can hear it on his voice. At least he was teachable enough to admit it
"For there shall be a time, when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, they will heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears. And will indeed turn away their hearing from the Truth, but will be turned unto fables (2 Tim 4:3-4). There will be false teachers among you, who will introduce destructive heresies and even deny the Master who ransomed them, bringing swift destruction on themselves. Many will follow their licentious ways and, because of them, the way of Truth will be reviled (2 Peter 2:1-2). Do not be deceived, for many will come in My Name saying, 'the time has come.' Do not follow them (Luke 21:8)."
Wolves in sheep's clothing (Matt 7:15) abound now! Too many follow them, without knowing the True Faith, and that's why Our Lord said, "When the Son of Man returns, will He find Faith on earth? (Luke 18:8)." Let no one deceive you in vain words (Eph 5:6). "Ever learning and never attaining to the knowledge of Truth. Men corrupted in mind, reprobate, these resist the Truth, concerning the Faith (2 Tim 3:7-8)." "My people perish for lack of knowledge (Hosea 4:6)." "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord' will enter the Kingdom of Heaven, but only the one who does the will of My Father in Heaven. Many will say to Me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name? Did we not drive out demons in your name? Did we not do mighty deeds in your name?' Then, I will declare to them solemnly, 'I NEVER KNEW YOU. Depart from Me, you evil doers (Matt 7:21-23)."

@johndisalvo6283 Apparently you didn't listen to the message. According to Wilkerson's OWN WORDS, God sent two (2) prophets to him (one from Eastern Europe, the other, an American) who warned Wilkerson to REPENT, humble himself, and get back to God's Word, and study it. Wilkerson REJECTED their warning, and then GOD Himself told Wilkerson that HE (God) had sent them. Wilkerson drifted further and further away from the authority of God's Word as he got older. His statement, "NO ONE IS LIVING THE CRUCIFIED LIFE" is proof of that.
