jazakallahu Khair to the team of Islamic Library with late Dr. israr saheb for tafseer surah Al Balad in easy language & introduced that's a nice effort may Allah accept it &give hidayat to all muaminin & who's believe on Allah & akhirat (here after life), ameen ya rabbulalameen
JAZAKALLAAH for asking. The context of mentioning the two eyes, tongue and the lips is that ALLAAH has given these blessings to the humans for a purpose. ALLAAH says, (Have We not made for him two eyes) meaning, for him to see with them. (And a tongue) meaning, for him to speak with, and so that he can express that which is inside of him (and two lips) In order to help him with speaking, eating food, and beautifying his face and his mouth. All these blessings will speak in favor of us or against us on the day of judgement depending on our deeds and that's what ALLAAH is reminding us in these ayahs that utilize these blessings in a positive manner instead of negative. Hope you got your point clear. If you still have any doubt, feel free to ask. JAZAKALLAAH
