Dope video, so if i dropped 2 in science, 2 in lockpicking, 1 in the eye stat, 2 in the charisma stat, i could get lockpicking, the eye stat, and charisma to level 3 through gear and party bonuses?
I mean you could but it will be up to 2 if you doooo lockpick is essential and who’ll allow you to get some dope stuff , gear gives you one and vasco gives you one but that’s it
