- Today I finally installed the Swivel Seat into my 1999 Chevy Van all by myself.
Seat was pretty heavy and even 30 lbs. heavier after putting on the Swivel Mechanism.
Just another step closer to starting Vantures 😃.

It raised it about 3 inches taller. I sit in it just fine and I'm 5'8. My head still doesn't touch the ceiling.

I have a 2002 astro van, check the link mentioned the chart did not show a chevy van comparison.
Hmm 🤔 maybe they don’t have them for that model. I’m sorry it wasn’t available for you van. I’m sure they have them available somewhere. I am not an affiliate with this company or anything I just wanted to share where I found mine from. Good luck in finding one for you van 🤞🏻.
I just went to the site to see if they had any for your van and as far as for Chevy it only has for a Chevy Express 1997 -2022. Nothing came up for a Chevy Astro.

Hello 👋🏻 thanks for watching 😊. Actually for me it was easier that way because I am a larger woman so I didn't have to try to fit my head and shoulders under and looking for where the bolts go. 🤷🏼♀️.

You know it wasn’t hard at all. It was just pretty heavy especially after adding the 30 lbs of weight from the swivel itself. 😝

Yes the door closes no problem at all.
Maybe you have the wrong side installed on it; If it’s for the opposite side your door won’t close.
