I agree with a lot of what you guys are saying, but I do a lot of magic tricks as a hobby, and the example you gave of the Medium talking to the dead relative is an example of a type of Cold Reading. It's called in the magic books, "a fishing expedition," or sometimes "a shotgun approach." Where you just throw out a letter, or a name or a gender and hope you strike upon something the person will bite onto. In Contrast, a real medium is never vague and doesn't say "I am getting the Letter D, or I am getting the image of a man." A real medium will just straight up say, "You're grandfather died last week. His name was Dave, and you are concerned about him." And then they will straight up steer the person being read deeper into the occult. "We need to have a seance to bring him forth, etc."
I think the constant harping on a woman’s singleness and appearance erodes, not necessarily the validity of anything you are saying, but the effective reception of what you are saying. I am a single woman who loves the Lord and desires to grow in His grace and knowledge of Him and for my life to glorify Him. I know so many single women who serve God with their lives and have a heart for marriage and servant hood. And demonizing singleness, specifically of women, seems to detract from your premise rather than making it impactful and easy to share.
I came here to make a similar comment. The Bible doesn't call the Witch of Endor an ugly old crone, nor should you be making coarse jokes about the type of woman you expect to be a witch. There was no commentary about what the men engaging in witchcraft looked like. This comes across as very misogynistic, when our God clearly loves the women he created in His image just as much as the men, and expects just as many great things from them.
We can educate each other without being judgmental of appearances. There are plenty of evil, good looking married people as well. Lucifer can appear as an angel of light. Let’s not be focused on physical appearances, instead let’s be focused on the soul saving.
The devil had his appearance change after the fall. He fell like lightening and one day we will look upon him and say …. They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, and consider thee, saying, Is this the man that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms; Isaiah 14:16 I’ve been given spiritual eyes and seen into the spiritual realm. I’ve seen into the second heaven where the battle is raging. The demonic realm is filled with very strange and extremely hideous creatures by our standards of beauty. Evil can operate through anyone. It’s a heart issue. Yet those who practice witchcraft will not have the beauty that radiates from within. Hence Madonna and other satanists trying to maintain some form of beauty by chasing it but it never attaining it. Beauty is not on the surface. It comes from within. I’ve seen pretty people who are ugly from within. In witchcraft the devil is a taskmaster. Anyone doing the bidding of the devil will have to be a slave to Satan to get what they want. I’ve seen the results of witchcraft. It goes good at first then goes very very bad if the slave doesn’t do the deeds required from His commands.
It's wild about the grounding thing because we came from the dirt, and the Lord didn't design me with shoes just like he didn't design me with a mask on my face therefore touching the earth with my bare feet is not wichkraft, it's natural
Thank you!!!! There are a lot of examples that are just fanatic in my opinion. Walk barefoot on the ground as much as you can! Call it bare foot walking if it offends anyone! haha Do what feels right to you providing it's not hurting anyone. I find a lot of this rather annoying and triggering. Nature has been demonized to a point which is scary to me. And according to them... I'm a single woman with two cats.... off I go to hell in a hand basket! haha
@@Poetessa2 well it's hard to say that it's been demonized since they worship creation more than the Creator but it is true that natural practices that have always worked because it was designed for us are definitely being demonized because they want your cash for whatever pill they made up, placebo non-included
When you take your salvation into your own hands, what mystical power from what source will you refuse to exploit in order to secure your present and future ideal condition? And when your efforts are successful, how will you deny your pride in seeing your will done? These are why the Father forbids witchcraft, and why miracles aren't sorcery, but the fleeting glimpses of a natural lawful order which we're largely ignorant of.
Another interesting episode gentlemen! I just disagree with my HC brothers on their point of having to be purposefully in league with evil is required to engage in witchcraft. Of course that is the purest form, but there are several gateways that lead people there without knowing the source. For instance, many chiropractors and naturopaths engage in dowsing unbeknownst to them. It is engaging in witchcraft unbeknownst to the practitioner. All they and the patients know is “it works.” Next step is the patient looking into this and finding a rabbit trail of occultic hacks….
In your scenario, if the patient experiences some sort of back relief from the chiropractor who is doing shady things - that would make the patient…a witch?
@@Postmillhighlights nope. That would be absurd. Try reading what I said again. Ask yourself who is the one doing the dowsing… The question is can someone engage in witchcraft without being a consummate witch. Even unbeknownst to them, because of lack of knowledge. The clear answer is yes. This is a category that doesn’t fit into the rigid framework/definition the HC boys put forward. There are plenty of solid chiropractors that don’t practice dowsing or other occult underpinnings that defined chiropractic care from the start. The issue isn’t chiropractic care per se, this was an easy example from every day that many have experienced. Apologia also did several sermons about it so the concept is widely known.
@@HusGoose my man, I had a long reply typed up but dumped it. It’s just not worth it. They have a definition of a witch. You want to introduce a category they didn’t cover - to engage in witchcraft. You’re talking about something that wasn’t the focus of the show or the definition they provided. I certainly dont think anyone could come away thinking the guys were saying you could ‘engage in witchcraft’ so long as you’re not a witch. Is that what you think they are doing? It seems a lot like the yoga debate to me. Yoga proper is certainly sin. Is the housewife who does stretching in her home sinning? And apart from that could some unsuspecting person get sucked into a world of eastern paganism through the entry way of yoga?
@@Postmillhighlights nope. Read what I said again. Reformed people are supposed to be logical critical thinkers. So ask yourself: “who is doing the dowsing”…. Again The issue is: can a person engage in “witchcraft” unbeknownst to them of a concepts origin? “Gaining knowledge by means against nature.”The clear answer as yes. In the case of chiropractic care i would challenge you to look into its origins. Guaranteed You’d be surprised of what you find. But many chiropractors today are above board and don’t engage in the seedier elements of the past. I know many in my circles that are solid born again Christians that know other chiropractors engage in occult practices. The issue isn’t meant to be about chiropractors per se though many have had experiences with chiropractors who do this, so it’s just an everyday example. I’m hardly the only one who has noticed this as apologia did several sermons on it called a soecific chiropractor out by name in their community and stated it was witchcraft, though the chiropractor himself was unaware of the concepts origins, only that it worked. Do you think dowsing isn’t an act of witchcraft?
@@HusGoose my man, I don’t really care to have a UA-cam debate on this. I’m just trying to tell you what they actually said in the podcast. You argue as if the gentlemen are carving out room to ‘engage in witchcraft’ so long as they are not a witch. I’m pointing out that they would certainly condemn ‘engaging in witchcraft’ but would label it as a different sin from being a witch. They covered this extensively. Think of it in terms of punishment. Would the one who ignorantly ‘engaged in witchcraft’ be guilty of the same crime - or be worthy of the same punishment - as a witch proper?
Tom Brady's ex wife is a witch. She cast spells for the Superbowl wins. It was bizarre to see Tom laying there, while she "prayed" over him. He could be in trouble now. And not know it.
If manipulation is like witchcraft, when my wife tries to manipulate me into guilt and/or shame until I give her what she wants, does that mean she's doing witchcraft on me?
A Good example is " The Police can Kick squaters out of your empty house. You repair damage, reinstall plumbing copper tubing, light fixtures etc. And instead of renting or selling at a loss. You wait for property values to raise to sell. In the stead of Living in it. Well the squatters come back with cartel friends or gangmembers with more fire power. And your house is OCCUPIED AGAIN. Only thos time you need to hire "The A Team " To get them out. If that is? You can find them.
Prayer request: experiencing spiritual warfare coming through my dad. I ask that the Lord opens his eyes and softens his heart. On mom's side of the family there is a ton of drama. We just need the Lord to work in our family. And that He would sustain us until the end as we lean on Him.
The power a lot of practitioners had disappeared instantly with Christ’s death. It broke the power that the fallen sons of God had over the nations they were tasked to protect and instead demanded worship from.

I keep in mind that the enemy can't create anything, only pervert God's creation and original design. So is the case when it comes to herbs, oils, stones, foods, etc. Side note: i think it's ironic that if a person who doesn't claim to be a satanist or witch says they hear voices, they are called schizophrenic and put on meds but if someone who claims to be a Satanist or a witch claims to hear the voices of spirits, that's fine.
When I read the text about the witch of Endor and Saul, what I get is the witch is frightened because she realizes she's dealing with King Saul, and her life is on the line. He even reassures her he won't have her killed.
Yes, and that part is over with. So then she does the calling up of Samuel, and the thing is" she didn't go over God and get him from him; she called up evil spirits and they pretended to be Samuel to tell him his faith. The thing he died for was doing the thing God said not to do; he was used as example. God wants us not to do those things because demons will pretend to be loved ones. No one can talk to anyone that has died, it's all demonic encounters.
He never said he was Saul in the beginning. She realized who he was in verse 12, and she accused him of deceiving her. And nowhere does the passage say it was something pretending to be Samuel. Very strange, but so is a talking donkey!

No, empaths are not witches, practicing dark arts only because they can sense others' emotions and are very sensitive. You are a witch who practices black majick only if you choose to do so. And no, where did I say I practice black majick or dark 'forces'? (Which is not the correct term, dark arts dark majick etc.) Anyone can, if they choose to do so, and people with natural abilities, who could be very power often choose not to partake in the dark arts, if they know what 's good for them but that doesn't make them a witch. Just like anyone can chooses to break the law or be a good law abiding citizen. I have natural abilities that I do not use in the world of dark arts ever. Those who know, know, that delving into the dark arts will come back to haunt you and bring a lot of negativity and chaos into their lives. I believe in Light, Love and positive energy which exists all around us, it's nature and the natural order of things. But people like me would have been considered a witch back in the crazy witch hunting days merely because I'm different, that's not a choice, I was born this way and after years of being picked on I am proud of who I am, I've been through hell and still here to tell the tale. I hope that answers your question. Peace and Love.
Leaven is used to picture more than one concept in scripture and it is not always negative (Mathew 13:33, for example). It is used to describe something that is pervasive, something which, when introduced, changes the character of the whole.
King Saul did NOT speak with the dead prophet Samuel. He spake with a familiar spirit that impersonated Samuel: 1 Chronicles 10:13 ¶ So Saul died for his transgression which he committed against the LORD, even against the word of the LORD, which he kept not, and also for asking counsel of one that had a familiar spirit, to enquire of it; Think about that... Spirits can appear as people you know. This is a foreshadowing of 2 Corinthians 11:5 that mentions "another Jesus" (ie, a counterfeit Jesus - the Antichrist).
The Witch was surprised though. This time it was not her familiar spirit. It was Samuel sent to deliver judgement and Saul was condemned not for speaking with Samuel but for having gone to the witch to begin with. You read the text and thought you caught something but you missed something else. Read it again.
@@YTTraveler777 Abraham told the rich man in hell that he was unable to go and speak to his brothers which were alive. Luke 16 27 Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father’s house: 28 For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment. 29 Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them. 30 And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent. 31 And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead. Also, look at what the familiar spirit told Saul about what would happen in his battle with the Philistines: 1 Samuel 28 19 Moreover the LORD will also deliver Israel with thee into the hand of the Philistines: and to morrow shalt thou and thy sons be with me: the LORD also shall deliver the host of Israel into the hand of the Philistines. he told him that his sons would be with him in hell. This was a lie, because not all of Saul's sons died in that battle. Ish-bosheth was not killed. Deuteronomy 18:20-22 tells us the test of a prophet: if he is from God, he has to be right 100% of the time - he can never be wrong. Samuel was a true prophet from God who was never wrong. This familiar spirit was a false prophet: this one tiny lie in his otherwise truthful prophecy renders him a false prophet, and therefore he could not possibly be the actual Samuel.
1 Samuel 15:35 And Samuel did not see Saul again UNTIL THE DAY OF HIS DEATH, but Samuel grieved over Saul. And the LORD regretted that he had made Saul king over Israel.

Huh, I didn’t have that trouble. Maybe try some coffee, tea or chew to help you. 😂
Keep up the great work guys
Ask yourself who is the one doing the dowsing…
The question is can someone engage in witchcraft without being a consummate witch.
Is she doing it through communing with dark forces?
@@kaylar3197 That's my question.
No there is such thing as ordinary everyday selfishness and pride. These things are addressed clearly in scripture as separate from witchcraft.
Witchcraft is when you try to control spiritual power outside of yourself.
@@michaellautermilch9185 For example, trying to control the spiritual power of the husband by manipulating?
A Good example is " The Police can Kick squaters out of your empty house. You repair damage, reinstall plumbing copper tubing, light fixtures etc. And instead of renting or selling at a loss. You wait for property values to raise to sell. In the stead of Living in it. Well the squatters come back with cartel friends or gangmembers with more fire power. And your house is OCCUPIED AGAIN. Only thos time you need to hire "The A Team " To get them out. If that is? You can find them.
Don't keep talking over each other, clarity is important
Disagree, this is how a normal discussion happens around a table. It’s organic and I love it.
Prayer request: experiencing spiritual warfare coming through my dad. I ask that the Lord opens his eyes and softens his heart. On mom's side of the family there is a ton of drama. We just need the Lord to work in our family. And that He would sustain us until the end as we lean on Him.

Thanks!

My response to the question if empaths are witches was sarcastic, I thought that was clear in my response and by ending it with 'Empaths are pure of heart' and the rest of my response was my way of saying empaths would have been considered witches back in the insane times of the Inquisitions which I find crazy! No, empaths are not witches, practicing dark arts only because they can sense others' emotions and are very sensitive. You are a witch who practices black majick only if you choose to do so. And no, where did I say I practice black majick or dark 'forces'? (Which is not the correct term, dark arts dark majick etc.)
Anyone can, if they choose to do so, and people with natural abilities, who could be very power often choose not to partake in the dark arts, if they know what 's good for them but that doesn't make them a witch. Just like anyone can chooses to break the law or be a good law abiding citizen.
I have natural abilities that I do not use in the world of dark arts ever. Those who know, know, that delving into the dark arts will come back to haunt you and bring a lot of negativity and chaos into their lives. I don't believe in playing around with those energies but I merely protect myself from all negativity.... if that's considered dark arts by some, then I don't know what to tell them!!

Capital, not capitol.
Ps you said you can ask questions so I did…

King Saul did NOT speak with the dead prophet Samuel. He spake with a familiar spirit that impersonated Samuel:
1 Chronicles 10:13 ¶ So Saul died for his transgression which he committed against the LORD, even against the word of the LORD, which he kept not, and also for asking counsel of one that had a familiar spirit, to enquire of it;
Think about that... Spirits can appear as people you know. This is a foreshadowing of 2 Corinthians 11:5 that mentions "another Jesus" (ie, a counterfeit Jesus - the Antichrist).
That's a good point but the witch had a familiar spirit even if, to her surprise, Saul appeared instead.
Luke 16
27 Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father’s house:
28 For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment.
Also, look at what the familiar spirit told Saul about what would happen in his battle with the Philistines:
1 Samuel 28
19 Moreover the LORD will also deliver Israel with thee into the hand of the Philistines: and to morrow shalt thou and thy sons be with me: the LORD also shall deliver the host of Israel into the hand of the Philistines.
he told him that his sons would be with him in hell.
1 Samuel 15:35
And Samuel did not see Saul again UNTIL THE DAY OF HIS DEATH, but Samuel grieved over Saul. And the LORD regretted that he had made Saul king over Israel.
@The_Letter_J6 Wait, if it's true that the spirit gave a false or incorrect prophecy then I think you have to be correct.
