Cross PG4L Sand Trek! 4K

Trailered the Tamiya cr01 in a previous video…, while out there I decided to do a quick Pg4l run video. Also helped that the cr01 burnt out its motor.
The cross rc was built by South Coast Hobbies., what a beautiful rig. The 2 speed is so much fun, the duallies help it hook up really well despite the tire choice. I added a few decals, and a 3/4 carpeted interior. Slammed it extra low with tiny shocks..,mainly a tow rig.
Running hw 1080 with reedy 16t 5-slot l.
The trailer is an xtra speed metal trailer, or similar knock off; bought used;). It’s heavy and with slightly less than 3” tires, it tends to work more like a brake than a roller.

The paint and flames were done by the local hobby shop..I added the Scxii blazer grill.., pretty close fit🙏

I made that up out of styrene. The grill wasn’t a perfect fit.., this helped blend it all in👌
