This happened to me as well on the pressure adjust ball valve, i got the valve back open then got a inline barb valve and installed between manifold and tank return, cost $3, all the same Principe, thanks for the video, well instructed.
Thanks for the video. I am researching this sprayer. Would you recommend this sprayer? I did watch your other video about this sprayer and I like that you upgraded the pump. My issue is I have goat head in my field so it would be nice to spray my field and kill them before they produce more seeds/goat heads.
Overall, for the money I have been pleased. You have to have realistic expectations. This is an electric sprayer so you just dont get the performance of a PTO driven roller pump. Its fine up to about 3-4 acres, after that you really need something with higher output for continuous spraying. For spot spraying its great! Good luck
The cap end of the manifold, with the hex head, what purpose is that? I've had mine break twice over the years and i hate buying a whole new manifold just for that plug it seems.
Thankfully no, friend of mine did though. The bolts that go in the bottom caused the inserts to crack the plastic and leak. I left those bolts out and have never hand an issue

I am not sure! But yes, that is a pain. Assume its to add some kind of additional attachment
Have had any issues with leaking from that sprayer?

What is the boom connector
Just a standard pneumatic fitting from TSC. Sorry I missed your comment!
