Just start the engine and keep it above 2500rpm for 15 minutes and there will be no DPF issues and just read the user manual you will get all the knowledge
We have driven Hyundai Tucson for 25000 km without DPF issue. You need to do some highway drives. Don’t blame the car. Any bs6 diesel car with high low speed usage throws up DPf issue
Just drive at high rpm for 20-30 mins and its automatically gets cleaned, some cars like Xuv 700 even have an option to do it automatically while the car idles
Reverse camera will be on at any speed… u need to do some settings in the touchscreen…. Press the star button (jo setup button ke bagal mai hai) there will be one option called drvm press that and everytime u press the star button… ur drvm will be on all the time
If you don’t high running don’t purchase diesel. Few people are buying diesel cars just after seeing motovlogger’s videos without understanding these features. I have Nexon Diesel and got dpf issue in 300 kms. Since then 7 months and 18k km and no issues ever. Keep driving!
@Adicadi I never had a dpf issue, first thing you can do I follow your manual to sort the dpf and after that if you're driving your car in city most of the times. Once in a while every 50-60km you can drive fast rapid acceleration, and high revs. And never use premium diesel.

We cant drive in those specific conditions always. What if I stay in a hilly area with no access to higways, and moreover how frequently should I do these? My Humble opinion. No more Diesel SUVS. Old good times are gone. There were times with Mahindra before BS6 with a concept stating " Anytime Anywhere " especially with Bolero & Scorpio. But its completely at stake now. Unplanned trips may not work as you may get into OBD the previous night.

Def/dpf is pain in the A*S old diesel engines are the best engines we face same problem here in canada with def/dpf with cars bigger semi trucks this technology is garbage main purpose was to control emissions but instead of that it’s draining money out of people pockets get a gas/petrol car. when u gona reach about 100k miles thing gona get more worst and regeneration of filters is also a wastage of fuel and time once u out of warranty get a def/dpf delete kit so the car can breathe properly exhaust properly and believe me bro u will get more mileage and pickup
Dude the amount of diesel you saved while driving will be wasted while regeneration. Hence your mileage will decrease. Ultimatley you end up spending as much as a petrol car.
But I can not understand that why company people does not warn the customer before purchasing the vehicle, I also faced the same problem in creta sx immediately on 249 km
I go for diesel because of it's high torq, but this dpf issue is giving me headache because I don't go for a long drive much . If petrol version have the capacity to pull like diesel engine in bad hill road that would be my choice. Diesel engine have too much issues.
Don't buy Hyundai venue diesel..I have faced the issue..filter choked.. vehicle stopped on the road..shifted after towing.. dealership has taken 10 days..Kundan Hyundai pune..most pathetic Hyundai dealer

Just sold my venue 1.3 years old , was very tried from dpf issue ,got stuck one day car doesn't start so just sold it next day. Bought 2022 petrol version very must satisfied.

wait for some more time , let the km reach to 55000km , if continue driving in city , you will need to replace the dpf filter , the cost will tell you , how big is the problem . lol :)
@@mishasingh9774 new dpf( diesel particulate filter ) cost around 3600 euro , that is what i know about my skoda scala , because in my car it was replaced in warranty . so i do not have to pay anything . hyundai parts would be cheaper but no idea how much . :)
@@DrivenbyN Every 500 to 1000 you will get DPF light in city if you have to do regeneration the cost will be approx 2000 rpm =100km/l speed 25 mins drive will be 43 km with that type of driving you will get 12* Kmpl Which means 3.7 or 4 litres *100 =370/ 400 Rs What I understand is for ever 1000 km you have to spend additional 400 Rs

Dude I've driven my car only 6.3k km in 2 years never had dpf issues. Because i give my engine a italian tune up once in a while.
I think the cars that have the option for Idle regen won't have much difficulties.

When ever you drive try to drag the rpm till dead line in 1st and 2nd gear, then you can drive normally... For city driving

Same issue after 3000 kms. Service Centre adviced to run @130kms speed in highway for half an hour and disel filter regeneration issue get resolved...
