Great game! I've playtested it a bunch of it's a great medium-weight euro. I'm usually not a fan of bidding mechanics, but this one is quick and efficient and feels more like a personal decision than a blind bid.
@@JesterJayJoker For virtual playtests, joining publishers' Discord servers can be a good first step. They often ask for playtesters there. I happen to go to the same Bay Area conventions as the Dead Alive Games guys, so I've gotten to play this game in person as well. To playtest in general, go to conventions and look for the prototype room. You'll find designers and publishers running playtests there. It also helps that I'm friends with the Dead Alive Games guys, but that's because I met them when playtesting their previous game.

Should the market prices have adjusted back up after Naveen sold his slow and medium ships in the end game before Monique scored her slow ship? Or does the market not go back up during end game scoring? It's a difference of 8 points, but just wanted to check!
Correct, the market does not recover in the final turn, so the Medium and Slow ships that arrive later will have to sell at a lower market price without the refresh.
since you get "only" points for the selling goods, what would be a reason to NOT always take the biggest available ship from moon? it will always sell even if at the end of the game
Ships are scored in order. So fast ship before medium before slow. So if someone loads a slow ship, you can jump in medium or fast to lower the price. Doesm't seem to happen much in 2 player game with 1 route blocked by AI every round. Maybe the AI ships should also lower the price on some resources when they arrive at earth to simulate another real player more.
@@monkeyunit4533 i get that, i am just not sure if the lowering of price from smaller ship is big enough to counter the fact that you have less space in she ship that whoever took the slow one
@@benediktcz The key is also to sell the higher priced items (Gems, Metal) on the faster routes as a mix. For example, 1 gem is worth more than 4 shards at max price.
@@kryzak123 ok, i kind of see a point if you have only 1 big item, but if you have 1 big one and couple smaller ones, it will probably still give you more money to take big ship and send all than to quick sell only the big one
@@BeforeYouPlay thank YOU, and I did back the game. I like the worker placement, tableau/engine building and the blocking off of the shipping lanes aspects a lot. I 99% play games solo so I'm keen to see the solo mode in particular 👍🏾👍🏾

That's awesome that you playtested it! It definitely has a lot of simultaneous play that makes the game efficient. Thanks for checking it out!

Naveen is the master of the moon
Lol, he put it all together this time!

From what we remember/saw in the rules, the market does not get a reset before end game scoring.

@@monkeyunit4533 You are correct! The AI ships, when you play with them, do lower the prices by "selling" Moon Items too.
