I think they have the same butcher or so but different ketchups. Then there's actually a difference between Donuts from the US and ours, here in Berlin we call them "Pfannkuchen" which is literally translated into pancake but it's a "berliner" as how you know it. And the best Pfannkuchen you can get, from my opinion, are at the oldest bakery in Berlin "Bäckerei Siebert" in District Pankow. Those are so soft and filled with plum jam, we don't actually buy the fancy stuff, only the simple originals. (*We real Berliners) And Döner Kebab is mostly personal preference.
