I have an Owon SPE6053 power supply. It burned out after a power surge. I found the faulty chip - it's IC5, GD32F303CGT6 microcontroller. Can anyone provide the firmware from it?
The support service is not answering me.

Hola tengo una igual y en reposo me marca en el multimetro -22 milivolts negativo

Me pasa igual con la mía. Además, al apretar On, con o sin los cables de salida, tiene picos de amperaje y luego vuelve a cero.
