- We all know that not all heroes wear capes. You don’t need to be Batman to do a good deed and help someone out. But some people really are superheroes even if they are just walking about in their regular clothes leading a regular life. From the confused soldier who did his duty anyway to the real life Spiderman who saved a baby from a terrible fate, here’s 20 Real Life Superheroes Caught On Camera Saving People

10 years ago, my son fell into a pool and was rescued by a man. I never had the chance to thank this man and his wife, but I thank them everyday in my prayers. My son is alive thanks to this couple.

I can fully relate to the russian soldier. A few years back I saw a terrible accident. two cars toppled over, one smashed against a lamp pole. I was barely 20 back then and walked through a park as I heard the noise and sprinted to the car, towards the first door I saw to check on the passenger and before I grabbed it someone shouted "CUT"... I ruined a scene for "Alarm für Cobra 11", a german action series - but noone was mad. I got offered a water and thanks for my immediate reaction but everything was safe and under control. I felt stupid at that time but today I know I acted absolutely correct and adrenaline gave me tunnel vision. I did not see the camera and equiptment, only the wrecks
Hope you were given an honourable mention in the credits of that particular episode 😄🙌🏼. Good job, sir 💪🏼🗿...
With all the horrible and toxic things going on around the world, it is great to see people like these. True heroes that deserve all the respect in the world.
Absolutely agree. Especially so much press coverage when men do bad things. But most of these rescues were masculinity at it's finest.
Agree!!
@@ExistentialMan-he4jt Your point being . . .
Hell yes man!

Why would you attempt to make a movie with violence and guns next to a military base without permits?😂😂🤦🏾♀️
The guy that scaled the building to save the toddler was incredible!
Yes, I'd put him at number one. He put himself in serious danger to save that child. That's a true hero.
Someone held the child. He's a hero too.
It was staged the white dude had an arm since when can a man not pull up a todler its mass immigration to stage a Un Take Over WEF World Economic Forum take over NWO BS
@@wamacho no. He didn't do anything actually. Just looking at the kid like a moron.
@@wamacho What I don't get is why didn't the guy holding the child just pick him/her and bring him/her over to his own balcony?
How heavy could the child be? 15kg?
1:12 If it wasn't a movie, then this soldier is a genius for hiding round the corner of that gate!
The man didn't even know he was there as his back was turned to him...
I feel like the soldier obviously knew it was a movie and played it off, his battle buddies probably dared him and are in the guard house cracking up.
o defo legend
once I was camping at pike lake and I saw I little boy running away from his pregnant mom who could not catch up and the boy was running to the road! I ran over and stopped the boy, seconds latter a big truck drove by, once the mom got to me I let her take the boy back to safety.thanks for the likes.😊❤

My daddy ran into a burning apartment to get a baby that was in the baby bed in a back as bedroom. The mother was overcome by smoke. Daddy saw the smoke and ran over there and found the mom in the floor. Managed to ask her if anyone else was in the apartment? She said yes my baby. Daddy got on the floor out if the smoke snd crawled to the baby’s room and got a baby 6 mos old out of the baby bed and brought him out too. All before the fire dept ever got there. This was before 911.
I love how that last girl essentially saved herself and took time to make sure her dog would float if anything happened to her, putting him in that plastic box with a cushion underneath it
That was a heartwarming act of love.
I ❤ u guys!
Minor thing, but the guy at 9:23 waving the green flag is a hero too. There's a very good chance the train driver couldn't see whether he'd just ran over a man and child or not, so when this guy starts waving the green flag around he knows he's safe.
Good eye,he had green and red flag in his hands for good and bad out come :)
i can imagine train driver being very relived when he saw a green flag :)
does anyone know why he was there with the flags in the first place? do people there fall on the tracks all the time and his literal job is to wave those flags at the train driver to show him the positive/negative outcome?
@@bonbonnie8 Uncertain about that guy in particular, but I know some places have people that wave flags to trains to signal that everyone is onboard and clear to go.
That women tried to kill her child
@@nivyan aah okay, makes sense. thx for the answer :)
The guy that caught the kid falling from the building. Wow that was just incredible
Raining babies!! I had a heart attack! How absolutely terrifying! Worlds best catch ever!!! No one made a better catch then that! Needs to be in hall of fame for sure!
Could u imagine if he missed
It's a miracle the girl lived after that fall, looked pretty high
@@killzinshadows3767 🗿
@@Ninjasnail1926 That is legit one of the more terrifying sights ever, and the first one that made me emotional just to watch it because it goes from baby falling what looked like 10 stories to guy throwing his phone, tapping the chick he was with on shoulder to help, while never letting his eyes leave baby, and he caught her so smoothe by letting the momentum wane off before pulling her into him or the baby would have broke her neck.
Number 10 is amazing. The way he just dives in and gets the job done with just a quick scan of the situation. This man would flourish as a firefighter or military. Not all heroes wear capes.
Nowadys, the police would do anything to stop you from helping even to save your own kin.
Agreed. He didn't hesitate. Didn't even want to be identified..Wondering why the cop didn't climb up though? He was there 1st.
@@gingb8425 Not everyone can climb over the flush side of a 8 foot privacy fence and rip out a window frame with his barehands while standing on a AC unit.
an outrageous rescue ..... superhuman ability to focus and perform under extreme circumstance .... ripping off the window frame with bare hands is mindboggling ... it's a shame that he wasn't identified and rewarded publicly ... special military units could use this type of person

Same, I stumbled into murder interrogations somehow. So here I am trying to balance out lol
It turns out, my dad had died the day before I went on this watch binge.
I think I caught a whisper of death, and misunderstood it.
I was wondering why I felt so weird.
After watching Disturban it seems hard, but there are good people in the world.
@@Ta2dwitetrash so you didn't get enough attention in your fist comment so you tried another one?
I'm here to watch videos that will make me happy, and this certainly does.😊
I hope they kept the first story in the movie. Here, here for the soldier.
Yes.
Soldier was truly a brave man! Hope the figured him in some how!
I agree with you!! However, most soldiers will not be as police-like and take a man down with a simple, yet effective wrist lock and straight arm to bring you down. The "suspect" is holding a gun to a victims head, it most likely will be a far more quick and brutal move. I did not see a weapon on the soldier, so a few things are not even possible. And he seemed to walk at a regular pace, odd too. But if you are not there how can you judge? You can`t. Your comment is still great though!😲
The camera and film crew didn’t give it away that it might not be legit? 🤷🏻♂️
@@gib59er56 Most soldiers are not authorized under international Rules of Engagement to shoot anything. They have to be explicityly green light from higher command even in these type of situations. With that said having been in the military it seems like the soldier was pranking the film crew by acting like he was oblivious, because it's exactly the type of things soldiers dare others soldiers to do haha.
#19, this guy gets a lot of (deserved) praise, but it's disappointing nobody ever mentions the guy leaning over from apartment next door preventing the child from falling.
Yes, the neighbour was struggling, While the child's father was out shopping. The father was to be sentenced the following Sept 2018 for lack of parental responsibility and his 4 year old child was put in care.(CNN) 22-year-old Malian immigrant, Mamoudou Gassama, was awarded citizenship, a gold medal by the president and offered a job by the Fire Department.
my thoughts too. he should have been invited by president too.
Why couldn’t the guy holding the child, just pull him up?
honestly i feel like this is staged, for reasons bigger than us. Yes theres a kid hanging and guy climbing but the other one from balcony could have just picked him up. no?
@Bonnie Kennedy You're assuming he's able to, not everyone has the strength or balance to do so.
The one with the train reminds me of a situation years ago when a person fell (I think) onto train tracks (between the rails), and seemed unable to get up as a subway train was approaching to make a stop. A hero jumped down - with no time to avoid the train - and told the person to just lie flat and still with him, and the train would clear them- which it did. The trains operator was told to keep the train still, and, once it was clear that the train's lack of motion had been assured, the 2 crawled out from under it. That was the bravest thing I'd ever read about, and the hero of course was hailed for his heroism, and, being a typical hero, he gave the standard "Aw, shucks" response. His name was Wesley Autry, and was know for a while as the "Subway Hero".
The guy he saved was having a seizure and stumbled off the platform before he and another Good Samaritan could get to him
A quote from an article:
‘“Autrey jumped onto the tracks and, realizing there wasn't enough time to pull the New York Film Academy student off before the train hit them both, he put himself over Hollopeter, who was in a trench between the tracks and held him down. Five cars rolled over both of them before the train stopped. People were screaming.
"We're OK down here," Autrey yelled, according to The New York Times. "But I've got two daughters up there. Let them know their father's OK."
That was met with resounding applause -- and total awe.”
He’s a Navy Vet too so he’s spent his life watching out for others. TRULY a brave man.
PS Apparently he just won a publishers clearing house sweepstakes worth like $50,000
Life is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets. So love the people who treat you right, forget about the ones who don’t. And believe that everything happens for a reason. If you get a chance, take it. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said it would be easy, just that it would be worth it
The amount of unsupervised children is scary. thank you to all the awesome humans saving the day
Ah, but those little ones can be gone in the blink of an eye...

You've obviously haven't taken care of any 2 year old before
The video of the man scaling the building to save that baby is AMAZING!!

In day to day life, I forget that sometimes. I don't like myself if I notice that my thoughts get really dark and depressing.

Yes…but so many lives wasted in wars, poverty, lack of healthcare, drugs and so on…
Courage is contagious, if one person runs to aid a fellow human, the rest that are unsure will certainly follow!
Work together and stay well everyone.
I just commented on this talking about the guy who was saved in the truck on the freeway. There always has to be somebody to break free and take the lead, then others will follow. That was like rush hour and nobody did anything, but once somebody did, others got the courage.
What's that saying from way back.. um.. oh yeah.. "United we stand. Divided we fall". That simple statement applies to everyone, everywhere in the world. It's not just a USAism, it's a humanism.
What a great man that he saved the child on the rail way and he gave half of his reward to that little boy!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
I think she tried to kill her child after watching closely I think that's why he said half was for the child's health and safety

#16 am I the only one that thinks it's a brown dog that falls?? Maybe just a bad angle...
It's human Nature that gave most of us compassion. Some people may not be strong enough to handle the harder parts of the save but they still help in any way they can. The Lord gave us the hormone called adrenaline, and once it kicks in we become able to do feats we normally could'nt perform. Praise God for everyone of these brave people whom acted instead of running. 🙏🙏
I love how people are too stupid to realize they respond to bots. Scrool down and see this comment word for word posted by others. People need to stop being so stupid.

@@earlpeterson5503 It was at the tail end of the European migrant crisis. This footage, and the climber himself was used to counter the anti-migrant xenophobia that built up in the previous years.

Men nature*
Women do not help people.
Everytime i watch something like this i know that i need to improve myself, be better so i could help others in need. I don't say "we need more people like this", i would say to myself "i need to become like them."
I loved all of your video clips, but especially the ones with the father and his four kids being rescued from the flood by a backhoe as well as the one from Perth. That was really quick thinking. Those rescuers were at the right place at the right time. I hope that everyone is doing well after this, all parties involved.
The one where the people were breaking the truck window to save the guy on the highway really uplifted my faith in humanity because the majority of people as you saw would just keep driving and at most get out to call the cops and IG it live. But those people were like not today, not on my time, we are getting this guy out of this truck in the middle of a bizzy freeway. And you notice in life once somebody takes the lead, other than come to help.

Hello,
Thank you for liking my comment. I agree with what you posted. Truly this is in our design, to look out for each other. It doesn't matter who the person may be. No colour, just people who may need our help at the right time.
Just so you know, the CPR performed on the boy who drowned should have begun with two rescue breaths. The purpose of CPR is to circulate oxygen already in the bloodstream, but when someone has drowned, they have no oxygen in their blood. Thus, CPR for drowning victims MUST BEGIN WITH TWO RESCUE BREATHS, and two more rescue breaths should be given for every 30 chest compressions until the victim has resuscitated or the paramedics have taken over. If the victim begins to vomit, turn them on their side!
There are so many great heroes in this video. Thank God that these people went to help 🙏. and saved these people.
I mean, women don't help others if there is danger. The only one who did something useful was the one who took the baby out in that earthquake, but she didn't know the sealing was colapsing.
I don't like when they use "people" instead of "men".
I loved this! It is so nice to see human compassion instead of human evil
I saved a guy in Sweden. He was laying on the train tracks unconscious as a moving train came i jumped down and draged him out of the way right before the train passed us. Truly chilling experience, i just wish more people could care about human life. As we unite we are unstoppable.
Wow that's amazing!
We need more people like this.
About 3 years ago my siblings and I were at a small isolated lake in the mountains for a walk with our dog. We were hanging out on a small dock where an older man and his 8 year old daughter were sitting while he was fishing. We turned to leave and about halfway off the dock we heard a loud splash and the girl screaming. It was like some kind of instinct kicked in and I immediately ran back and jumped into the water. The man apparently passed out and luckily because of all of the adrenaline I, a teenage girl weighing 120lbs was able to lift him, a grown man weighing about 200lbs+ up from sinking and pulled him back to the dock so my siblings could lift him up.
Once he came to he explained how he had just gone into remission after having cancer and came to his cabin in the forest with his daughter to celebrate. There weren’t any other people at that lake at the time, we were so lucky to be there at the exact moment.
Wow, great job! ❤ 😊 I find these type videos so uplifting as well as the comments. 😊
When I was about five years old I was playing near the edge of a pool at my Aunt and Uncles house with a couple of my cousins. I didn't know how to swim, accidentally tripped and fell into the pool. I was near the edge of the pool but couldn't reach up to the side as I was too small at the time. I was under water and could see a pair of feet walking towards me on the floor of the pool with flip flops on. Next thing I know my Uncle lifts me out of the pool. I was conscious the whole time and remember coughing up water for what seemed like forever afterward. A few years later I did learn to swim. 😊

@@duneeaaasha Thank you! 😊 It's weird because I don't remember being scared necessarily when it was happening. I don't know if I was so busy trying to reach the edge of the pool that I didn't really understand the gravity of the situation or what. I do remember seeing the man with flip flops on walking towards me (my Uncle) and feeling a sense of relief. Afterwards, when I was on the deck coughing up water forever, my Aunt, Uncle downplayed the whole thing. Maybe it was to calm me down because I was upset afterwards. Thanks for your kind comment! 😊 ❤

That is what I noticed she literally threw him on the track. He didn't even yank his arm she just pushed him.
This seemed like a good video but that clip just ruined it, it had no purpose in a hero's compilation. The parents were taking a selfie and I guess it was the mom holding the phone so thats how she lost her grip on her baby. It was foolish but no one was found criminally responsible since this was an accident. It happened in India btw.
nice video its awesome
There are people who really care about others and get involved to help save lives.
I love all these saves of people , it shows courage and love to help out people !!
I think we are all agreed. In the trash and trivia of the modern world, we can find ordinary people doing extraordinary things...and they admit they don't think of themselves as heroes, just acting on the spur of the moment. What instinctive goodness and kindness most peope have ... even if it takes a crisis to reveal it.
I really really very much needed to see these awesome people doing great and brave things to save other human lives!! I am constantly bombarded with all the horrific things we do you each other on a daily basis so much so that they make me feel filthy just watching the evilness coming from Man onto Man. These video clips helps me feel that there might be hope for humanity yet!!! We are used as the HANDS of GOD !!!
Growing up there was a long lane from the farmhouse we grew up in, and we always rode our bikes as fast as we could and then put on the brakes last second for fun every morning to get to where the school bus picked us up at the end of the lane. I was flying down the lane then my chain came off my bike and I must have only been in like grade 3 or so. My brother a couple years older than me was already at the end of the lane and he seen me coming but he didn't know what I was doing 'cause I didn't know how to tell him that I couldn't stop. I started peddling backwards and forwards like crazy to get him to see and so he stood in front of my bike and put his hands out gripping both sides of the metal handle steering part. He used himself to stop me going any further and as soon as it was done a car passed by the highway where I was headed
Rip, best big brother
I always say that God puts the right people exactly where they need to be, so God bless all of these brave people!
One thing I hate to point out is how little some of the actual parents/guardians do in these circumstances. Also, quite filming and HELP!
9:15 that’s bravery right there, doing what needs to be done despite how scared you probably are.
When you say there's a reason everyone loves firefighters and I'm saying this while 😭. "Not everybody". I don't hate firefighters, I do have respect for them; just with a certain exception/situation. I didn't think these videos would've brought up so much emotion but well..😭 ( I will also state PTSD sucks) back in June our home caught🔥 first on seen was the fire chief, no fire truck tho (for 30mins) I'm the one that went back in upstairs, got my disabled mother, went back in(house now full of billowing black smoke), saved my last remaining dog (we had lost his mom and sis just a month & 6 months prior) then tried to spray the side of the house with the house🙄 to form some kind of barrier (🔥 started in garage, burned hot) sorry for babbling. To the firefighters that DO what they do I salute you and may you be blessed and safe. Oh and I and am also disabled

My two friends and me and my kids, were down at a common swimming area. The current started picking up suddenly and my son who was 4 at the time and my oldest who was 12 both got swept away. My best friend was able to save my oldest and I got to my 4 year old. I have five kids and they were wearing life jackets but we’re in a shallow part. It was insane how fast the current grabbed them. I’m so thankful to her and to God my babies got out safe. We never went back to that spot.
It’s amazing how quickly a mom can go from “someone is trying to break into my house “ to handling that someone your children at the word fire. Despite the gratuitous amounts of true crime I watch, like Anne Frank, I too believe that people are really good at heart.
Yeah, she can't even take her kids out of danger as she needs to drees properly for that. Useless, all of you, weak and useless.
#3 same thing happened to my & husband’s house who also had my elderly MIL. We heard a banging & a guy yelling saying there was a fire in our backyard…it was actually behind us but if we weren’t alerted to it, it would’ve spread to our house, the only bad thing is that the guy knocked & left so I was never able to thank him, I still wish I could 2yrs later.

That poor lady that did die in the escalator...all I can think of is the scene from the final destination movie🤦🏼♀️😬 that must have been horrible to have that really happen to you
Good to see there are still good people in the world. I believe the good outnumber the bad, just the bad are more active. There's a saying, " never is a person so big, as to when they stoop to help a small child".
My little four-year-old granddaughter was outside with her doggo on a leash. I was watching her from the window. Suddenly, the dog got free and ran towards a busy street! I ran after, but, due to health, could only hurry. A couple doing lawn work across the street could see where the child ran and that I was on my way. They assured me she was okay and assured whoever I couldn't see that I was on my way! As I rounded the corner, I saw that some man had stopped with his emergency flashers going. He had my granddaughter and her dog up on the sidewalk, holding them there.
I was so grateful!
There's a saying, "It takes a village to raise a child."
That day, my village came through for me!
Many blessings to the gentleman who helped us!
Luckily in the video of the lady stopping her bus to help save the children, the grandparents didn't press 'charges'. What a disgusting place to live

@@kellygadry8109 That is a bizarre number but still pays better than Crime Stoppers. Out of about $60,000 promised for help solving rape and murder cases and locating escaped convicts I got a total of $75 bucks. When they say Crime stoppers will pay up to a certain amount it is a smoke screen to trick you into doing the police officers job for them. And they do not keep your name anonymous either. It's a big fat lie! They will pay you up to $5,000 dollars to help solve Renee Bells murder. Don't mean you will ever see a penny! I did not. And that is just one case! Here lately in Georgia they offered $500.000 thousand for information on the Kendrick Johnson case! Now where are they getting that kind of bread from? Sounds like the biggest lie from Crime stoppers yet to me!
@@timspinks4892 That is crazy. But I agree. Where are they getting that kind of money? So how do they base the money they give you for helping? Does it depend on how much the tip helps them or something? I knew the crimes stopper thing was to get the public to do the officers job but that is messed up that they don't give you the amount stated. Not saying I would but out of curiosity, could you take them to court to get the full amount stated for helping them? I've never dealt with crime stoppers before. I was also commenting on the amount cause it was 666, an evil number.
