There isn't any actual vacuum technology used with this dryer. What it does is push the moisture out the back and into the air. This company has been called out as scammers for false advertising that it has vacuum technology. People say it does dry, but not because of anything other than tumbling the clothes with lower heat than a traditional dryer.
I bought this product because I live in New York and I wanted to stop going to the laundry so much. The problem is that this product uses too much electricity. The $59 that I received after the dryer was $300, so I wasn't saving. And on top of that, it was damaged after two months and I couldn't get a refund, don't waste your time, a person is talking to you who hasn't reviewed anything but I've had such a bad experience that I'm saving you time and money.

I just got my dryer today...it didn't dry in 15 minutes as advertised :( And also, all of my lights start to blink when the dryer is working. It doesn't seem to be the problem anywhere else...
Wow that is amazing. I live in a hot climate, will this make inside warmer? Thanks ! I like that it doesn't need venting, and the moisture is collected in that container.
I feel like I got a different Morus than all the reviewers. I just got it yesterday. The smart button isn’t smart l, no matter how much or how little I put in it always does 15 minutes and is still damp. The warm setting for 60 minutes for one tee shirt dress and I still had to put it in for more time. Plus my studio apartment is really damp. I bought it because it didn’t need to be vented but it clearly does. It was almost $600!!! Way more than I could afford but I don’t drive so getting to the laundromat is really a pain. I’m so disappointed.
@@tamaralee it worked better the next day. I’m not sure why. I ended up hanging everything out in the sun for a few hours first which is the step I was hoping to avoid. But I’m going to keep it. It’s still better than the laundromat
Hi Tracey. Thank you for your support. We’re very sorry about your negative experience. Our support team sent an email to help you resolve the issues. Please have a check. You have a great day.
Getting a tripod clothes rack with three top and bottom arms is excellent. I purchased mine about two years ago from Big Lots for less than $28.00 with tax. It holds a lot of clothes and my clothes dries anywhere from one to two days in the winter, but also is in the drying mode in about two hours. I also have three folding clothes racks. One is metal and extends and two wooden racks. I purchased the two wooden racks from the Goodwill Thriftshop brand new on different occasions for less than $5.00 each plus had 10% military discount. As much as I want a portable dryer, I do not want to spend time using electricity and the clothes are not dry sufficiently to fold. I am 65 years, ten months and 7 days as of this comment. Hanging my clothes up is my exercise regularly and is really not a chore of boredom. If I did not do nothing else, hanging clothes uplifts me giving me lots of joy I am able to be physically fit. Plus my monthly electricity cost is seriously dirt cheap even with running heat in the winter and air conditioner in the summer for around $85.00 with utility fees and taxes. I live in a one bedroom, one bath apartment for seniors. I am grateful I do not have to leave my apartment to go downstairs and pay $1.00 to wash and $1.00 to dry. While that may seem to be a little, I wash my clothes separately such as same colors, whites, towels, and most times each day the top and pants are matched but the material fabric is different which means it gets better washing and outcome looking and lasting better and longer. Doing my clothes almost daily allows my clothes to not sit in my laundry bin with sweat, germs and dirt long. I also have a portable washer/spinner that I manually put the water in using my extended shower head in my shower. It can be adjusted from 1 minute to 15 minutes to wash. I then rinse the water out while at the same time draining the water. I then put the wet clothes in the spinner side that can spin 1 to 4 minutes. Most times I spin dry at two minutes and the water is literally removed better than regular size wash machines. The loads are small and I never ever overload. My washer/spinner is over five years and I paid $108.00 with tax and shipping. I’ve had a brand new washer and electric dryer doing those five years but moved to housing that does not have hookups. I was able to sell my regular size washer and dryer to my neighbor with extended warranty. I have been blessed to be able to save money so I passed blessings on. I also have another portable washer I purchased from the Goodwill Thriftshop about two years ago but it does not have the spinner. Whenever I want to wash my grandchildren clothes to speed up my laundry, I use it at the same top. The washer/spinner can not be used at the same time. Another great thing about the portable washers, I can travel with them and do laundry in the hotel room, or if I go camping outside hooked up to a generator. Thanks for reading my comments and I hope everyone do whatever it takes to take great care of their clothes because clothes are very costly these days and times, mixed with various types of materials that does not last like clothes of yesteryears. Smiles
Thank you so much for your honest post. All I see is UA-cam which is sponsored by this company to review this dryer, but no one has really mentioned the negative parts. You said all I need to know. And their 12 month warranty is not long enough for a dryer. I'll be looking for something else now.

I would always dry my clothes for an hour. Never 15 minutes unless there was like three or four things in there.
Hello, can you share where you also purchased the white rack that you’re housing your washer/dryer? Thank you.
Lol she hearted your comment and didn't even bother to tell you where she got it.
She mentioned it on someone else's commented that she got it at target

Hi how much does that Morus dryer cost??
Love your vlog! I searched Target, but I can not find the washer/ dryer stand. Can you provide a link to find it? Thank you!
It’s actually not this small I kind put different pieces together to make it but it was way bigger
Thank you
I'm loving this dryer. Can it take a queen size fleece blanket?
No only sheets
