    Today I’m completing Jannik Sinner’s leg, core, and arm workout that he’s been caught doing for his offcourt training. It’s a really great workout for tennis players as it works on movements similar to those on court. Try it out yourself and you might become as good as Jannik!😉

    You completely miss the point of the exercises though 😅
    The point of what he’s doing is acceleration and deceleration ( you didn’t, right ?)
    When u learn to decelerate, it recruits more motor units and therefore your acceleration becomes greater, its not swinging😂😂😂
