AWHO is a unprofessional organization, totally mismanaged, inordinate delay in completing the project, very poor quality, poor track record.
Refused to register the Chennai Project even after 3 orders from RERA and Tribunal.. Imposed Rs 12 lacs penalty. Fighting the case against allottes using thier money. Project still incomplete and delayed by 6 years. The land itself is disputed.. Case in Madras High Court.
Coimbatore Project was regd with RERA after imposing penalty of 10 Lacs.
Kochi project is totally mismanaged. Columns, beams and slabs started rusting and the complaint is with Army Chief, President Board of Governors, AWHO to intervene.
Don't get misled by the publicity video.
