What hides in the bilges of a 31 year old boat for sale? | Life Tested Boat Tour Vol. 2

This is a boat to over 31-year-old yacht for sale. It a Freedom 35 From 1987. I visited this couple weeks ago and this is a yatch that I am really interested about however, it Looks like it could be some issues with it.

water in the bilge may be a problem, also may not be a problem. The stuffing box for the propeller shaft may need to be repacked, which is not a big deal. You want to check that the masts are sitting strait in their collars, and sitting nicely on their steps, also if there is any blistering or hull delamination - which often can be resolved. If the masts are undamaged, they last for a long, long time and they are very good, take a look at the sail tracks for any loose rivets.
