Shaghaf Oud is always on my summer tray bc its so beautiful and long lasting. It seems to work very nicely in the warm weather on my skin.

I have both and Shaghaf oud definitely worth it. For that price, it is pretty close and projects like a beast. When I received my bottle of Shaghaf oud, I noticed my nozzle was leaking. Even, in its box, in a closet, I could smell it for weeks in the room 😆

I don't own Oud Bouquet yet, so I haven't had a sniff of it but I do have Shaghaf Oud and I do love it but I want to own them both. Great Video!

Try Resala by Arabian Oud. It is so similar and really beautiful. I adore Oud Bouquet myself, but have Resala as well.

I have the Swiss Arabian version but I am struggling to find an appropriate time/occasion to use it. It last absolutely ages, even after showering, eternal on clothes so one has to be careful on which clothes it’s sprayed. My hubby doesn’t like it and it’s too strong for work, I’m stuck 😂
It's definitely one of the strongest perfumes out there 😍
My way of being able to still use my favourite perfume in occasions that a beast mode is not appropriate is spray lightly before body lotion, with oud bouquet I usually use fresh rosy body lotion, same goes for summer time, give it a try. In regards to your husband.. That might be a problem since he's the one smelling you the most 😁
Shaghaf was too masculine on me. It smelled amazing on my husband. I have Oud Bouquet and I love it.

I have them both. Cannot believe I pad £200 for the Lancome one. They smell the same and I don't think Lancome lasts more than the Arabic one.
Is the oud stronger in the older version of Oud Bouquet? I have a decant of the new one and it's a strong scent. Even with 2-3 sprays from a not-so-good small atomizer. I can just about handle it, because of the praline, vanilla and woodiness. Heard that the old one is even stronger - but in what way - oud, syrupy sweetness, etc? Climate is hot here and I only managed to wear it on rare cool nights, within air conditioned spaces. Still had the feeling it was too strong for others.
I love them both.
Lancôme Oud Bouquet was my first “Delicious Delights” video good gawd many years ago and one of my first blind buys based on your recommendation. Saw it for $60 and couldn’t pass it up. Needless to say it is one of my favorites. I rarely disagree with your recommendations.
I hope you can review and compare Maison Alhambra’s Niche Royal Vert. I blind bought it because of your review of Armani’s Vert Malachite. I’m happy with my purchase but curious to know how closely it resembles the OG. I don’t have access to the armani prive line, sadly.

I have the newer bottle of Oud Bouquet and it's still a powerhouse, even in this rendition. I don't think I will be bothering to sniff the dupe because the Oud Bouquet is a special occasion fragrance for me. It will take me some time to get through my bottle. Thanks for the comparison. I have the new reformulation of Oud Bouquet but never try Shaghaf Oud. I love love Oud Bouquet but also I think I will purchase Shaghaf Oud. I

I don't know if you like sweet perfumes, but Oud Satin Mood is so beautiful. I haven't even really smelled the oud in it, but I have to try again. Also, Resala from Arabian Oud is incredibly similar to Oud Bouquet, which has outstanding performance, because they use oil. I think some Kayali perfumes also have oud in them, and they are very smooth. If you don't mind a bit masculine leaning scents I would also suggest Oud for Greatness by Initio, which actually does not have oud in it, but something that smells like it. Amazing performance, beautiful fragrance. I myself strongly dislike barnyard oud that almost smells fecal like in African Leather (Memo) or Into the Oud (Astrophil & Stella). I like my oud smooth and subtle. Good luck and have fun!

So I have the Be Layereds clone of Oud Bouquet, but I've never tried Lancomes original version. Has anyone here tried both that could tell me how close they are? I like the Be Layered clone, however I got pulled away from it after I wore it at work and had a patient say "what stinks?" as he looked around the room. (It was in my scan room with just him and I.) I instantly knew it was my perfume because it IS strong. But ever since then I've been afraid to wear it in public. Lol. So I'm curious how close it is to the original.

I totally understand the embarrasement. My husband once said lVDS by Kylian smelled like garbage water. And from that day i’ve been scared to wear that perfume again. I wear my strong perfumes when alone and only wear the light ones around him.
@@fairy32-r6s I have to do this too! My husband either hates strong scents, or gets a headache from them. What's funny though is if I'm wearing any type of spicy or amber perfume he always assumes its full of patchouli. Lol.

I stayed away from everything with oud in the name but I realized that I already had fragrances with oud. 🤣
Oud bouquet I’ve only worn 2x. It’s beautiful but not me at all. A little heavy for my Florida weather.
I haven’t delved into those Middle East houses yet. Probably also an irrational fear of oud.
I haven't been wearing oud much lately but oud scents are definitely fun to test 😊 Lol funny that you discovered you already had oudy scents 😆

Prefer Oud Bouquet - there is something about ME perfumes that bother my nose. And performance not good for my skin.
