May i know what brand of powdered milk did you used? Cause i think that you are in europe?
i think its called "bear brand" but any powdered milk is okay in this recipe
Im worried the flour is not toasted all the way. Consuming raw flour scares me.

I tried to cook polvoron using your recipe pero wasak kapag balutin ko na. What's the secret.

POLVORON MY SAN GRAHAMS CHOCOLATE
U dont freeze it. If after mixing everything and if still crumble meaning your recipe is fake. Try using soft butter than melted butter
Yea i did it and when i putted it in the mold it crumpled when i helded it
Hahaha. I do use melted ones and don't use butter if intended for selling. Butter may have superior taste BUT IT ALSO HAVE A VERY SHORT SHELF LIFE
