No worries chef walang mag bash kay Nanay mo. Normal lang sa family lalo na nanay ang ganyan. Your mother knew na para yan sa inyo thats why she doesn't use a serving spoon. It shows na you love your mother that much coz ayaw mo ma-bash sya❤.

Love this. For variety, sometimes I skip the shrimps and put tahong instead. I also add a little alamang in addition to patis.

Hi Chef, wala na pong nabibiling hibe dito sa Pasig ngayon. Naalala ko tuloy ang lola ko, meron syang stock ng hibe sa bahay para isahog sa mga gisa-gisang gulay. Anyways, sarap ng luto mo dahil freshly squeezed ang gata.

Just wondering, how come you did not put bagoong Alana, which I normally put. Is it okay to put green bean instead of sitaw. With regards to Kalabasa, I used butternut squash.i/ hope it wil turn out well. Thank you so much cause I’ve learned a lot of recipes thru your cooking. Continue inspiring us thru you cooking.
