Thanks for the in-depth explanation and slow-mo camera footage of the baler! Very interesting. Always appreciate your time in providing us great content!
Wow, Great video! Good to see the boys working, the 4020 looks great and thanks for showing us the way the baler operates. The slow-mo was very cool. I hope you are having a good day.
That closed AC cab sure beats stacking bales riding the wagon behind a dusty press... The 4020 sure looks good. Glad ya got it done before the rain.... Y'all Have a great day Hollywood! 👍🇺🇸🏁🇺🇸
I heard it explained many times but never really understood to the extent I do know, thank you for your excellent description, I feel a lot wiser today than I did yesterday 😊😂
Wow 17 seconds is way better then when Sarah was hit by the arm and then 5 seconds later the train rumbles through. And the train blew its whistle. Your reporting of dangerous situation did some good!!
Agreeded, they are/were great (when working properly). Spent some agrivating moments back in my baleing days (60's & 70's) on knotters that din't work so well at times. Also remember small wire bales that weighet nearly 100 lbs...😁
Hi Andy ! you riding the bailer Andy , i seen that whit Mike Michell in Canada good farmer share the same habit sometime . good job every body and Thanks Andy for your time and have a good day bud ! 🙋♂️
Wow, that baler is slick as hell. Makes my JD 456 feel a bit inadequate. Love that you can just keep on keepin on and it spits out the bale and keeps moving. That knot tying feature is awesome.
It's amazing those big square balers, all this new technology, and the knitters, and bale length settings have change since some of the first small square bailers.
That was a good explanation of the difference between balers and the way they fill the chamber. That's why I see many more Case large square balers than John Deere.
Excellent explanations here and perfect length video. All the old iron looks and sounds awesome in the beginning. So the only question I have is, when you were running that baler on the 4620 couple years ago did you have to update the armrest controller or was it already good to go?
Running a separate conditioner would speed drying time in the wet years. Not sure if it would be worth it for the small amount of dry hay you do, but something to consider. Great explanation on how the baler works Andy 👍
Must be coughin on that Canadian smoke from the fires. We have plenty of it these last several days in Wisconsin. Like the forest fires are right close by, not 100's miles north. Good explanation of the baler and the tying mechanism. Also, that the way to get the even bales, without the banana's.
Andy you need a 600hp plus Quad Trac on that baler to keep the case guys happy, for entertainment and to help the UA-cam logarithm. hahaha. Thanks for a great explanation of the baler workings.
WOW somebody put a lot of thought into making a bailer! I had no idea all that was going on in there LOL No wonder it cost so much, I thought you just force the hay in and tie it? Crazy man.
They must have seen the video because it was a lot closer before. Maybe one day we can get a video of Jared out in the field running a tractor. I know he is such a good mechanic.
Boy, times have changed. Bigger equipment for sure, but whenever we saw the truck coming, it was either something to eat, or crap for not getting enough done. Now they’re on tv! 😂
Interesting --- While you were baling and went into the shade of the cloud It seems I could feel the hay getting tough just like it does when I'm baling my own. That's just weird.
Love the videos Andy! Thanks for all you do! Jim.
What a great tractor your dad's
4020. Definitely a family keep sake.
Thanks Andy the Bailer lesson was interesting
Love your hay operation!!! Especially how you load-haul-stack back to the farm! GID ER DUN!!!
Great video Andy thank you. One of the best yet. We had a 24 T John Deere when I was a kid. The knotter was pretty much the same thing.
That closed AC cab sure beats stacking bales riding the wagon behind a dusty press... The 4020 sure looks good. Glad ya got it done before the rain.... Y'all Have a great day Hollywood!
👍🇺🇸🏁🇺🇸
Really liked the action! Great video.
Very informative as always. Thanks, Andy.
Great slow motion .
I really enjoyed your video first time I saw a notter r work on one of those balers all I did was bale small square bales😊
Thanks Andy awesome video top job top team 🚜🚛🚜🚛🚜🚛
That baler explanation was great!!! Thanks for taking the time to do slo mo and explaining everything!
The coughing theatrics were spot on. :)
What theatrics ! Lol 😂 I’m kidding

Cool vid Andy and I always like the baling vids 👌
🤙🤙👍👍
I heard it explained many times but never really understood to the extent I do know, thank you for your excellent description, I feel a lot wiser today than I did yesterday 😊😂
Another very interesting video Thank you Andy 😊😊😊
I enjoyed the video. I have never ran a big bailer. But I've bailed Thousands of small bails over the years.
Thank you Andy. Very interesting. 😊
Enjoyed seeing this bailing video thanks Andy hope all is well
Wow 17 seconds is way better then when Sarah was hit by the arm and then 5 seconds later the train rumbles through. And the train blew its whistle.
Your reporting of dangerous situation did some good!!
The time span would be dependent on speed.
The knotter is another mechanical engineering marvel. Thanks for the show.
That knotter design is nearing 100 years old. Nobody has come up with a better design. Not quite Hi Tech, but still amazing.
Fifty years riding behind a small square baler, and I cannot think of an innovation more fascinating than the knotter, invented over 150 years ago.
Those mechanical engineers were the real deal.
Agreeded, they are/were great (when working properly). Spent some agrivating moments back in my baleing days (60's & 70's) on knotters that din't work so well at times. Also remember small wire bales that weighet nearly 100 lbs...😁
@@ricksanchez7459 John Appleby was only 18 years old when he first invented the knotter!
in the late 50's, we had a New Holland wire tie bailer that made many a good men to start drinking after fighting getting that thing to tie right.

That 4620 is just so friggin sweet.
Hollywood Andy great job on video's 😅😅😅😅. Keep up good work thanks again

Thanks for another great video Andy!
Great video
Hi Andy !

good job every body
and Thanks Andy for your time and have a good day bud ! 🙋♂️
Great video dual wheels definitely look way cooler on the tractor 🚜 ✌🏻😎
Great explanation of how the baler works!
Thanks for showing us non farmers how the baler works .. very interesting!
Thanks for the camera work Andy that was really cool seeing how the baler works.
You hit the nail on the head. It looks cool.
What an amazing invention, that bailer!
Wow, that baler is slick as hell. Makes my JD 456 feel a bit inadequate. Love that you can just keep on keepin on and it spits out the bale and keeps moving. That knot tying feature is awesome.
G’job Andy, pretty nifty camera work on the baler knotter👌🏻stay safe and keep em comin guys🇺🇸💪🏻🇺🇸
The slow motion on the notter was awesome
Can’t complain about the Canadian forest fire smoke with the 4620 rolling coal 😊
That's really cool Andy, We always wondered how a bailer tied those strings. The slo-mo worked great too.
Baler voodoo. Same system since the 1940s. Hi tech, right?
It's amazing those big square balers, all this new technology, and the knitters, and bale length settings have change since some of the first small square bailers.
Great video Andy. Keep them coming.
Now I get to wait a little longer before I head to the hay field. Glad I checked for post before I went out the door. Thanks for the Video's.
Great video Especially the explanation on the Case baler
Hello Andy from loose hay to small round to small squares to large round to giant squares thats cool see how done more. Enjoyed your video
Very good video on how a baler works l like the double yellow pass 👍🚜
That 4020 looks awesome!! Looks good on the Kuhn tedder!! 👍🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸
What 4020?
That was a good explanation of the difference between balers and the way they fill the chamber. That's why I see many more Case large square balers than John Deere.
The CaseIH balers are New Holland balers. CNH Global is Case(IH)/New Holland. New Holland has led the way in balers since forever.
Hi Andy, good choice of baler
Another good video Andy KEEP THEM COMING 🐄 🚜 🇺🇲 🌽👍🐘
Damn good air pressure with excellent volume delivery !!!
Yep...looks cool.
Nice slo-mo.
It was good to see the 4620 in action!!!
That for the information. Very interesting seeing the Baylor work
Anything's better than pitchfork to load hey. Oh old school.
Great to see the 4620 in action again🚜💨How Dare You!!😅
Balers are very cool. Who ever invented the baler was a genius.
Excellent explanations here and perfect length video. All the old iron looks and sounds awesome in the beginning. So the only question I have is, when you were running that baler on the 4620 couple years ago did you have to update the armrest controller or was it already good to go?
Real nice baling video Andy
Hey great video Love them daily videos Andy
Farm On
Andy rocking the Duffy Ag merch.
Ènjoyed the video AÑDY 😊
Great video Hollywood
Lol I liked the coughing part. Must be from the smoke from Canada 😂
I love Andy half drunk riding on the baler 😂
That 4020 sounds awesome
Looks ccol with Twins yeaa. Yours field Are lucky👍😎
Running a separate conditioner would speed drying time in the wet years. Not sure if it would be worth it for the small amount of dry hay you do, but something to consider. Great explanation on how the baler works Andy 👍
Great explaining what is going on & why ! Very helpful to us , stay safe , enjoy & have fun !!
That was really cool Andy. The only thing harder than designing that bailer.................. is describing how it works.
Jared sure knows how to make up for all the teslas out there ❤😂😂😂😂
Great video Andy! Sure be alot of taking the duals off just to bail hay! Continue the good fight!
Good afternoon Andy. Farmers job is never done.
Thank you and your family for what you guys and girls do each and every day
Man that sounds sweet my best friends dad has a 6030 and we have a chrome stack on it they sound so much better that way
Thanks Andy
Excellent!

Luv you're videos northwest wi red equipment huh
Nice shirt Andy. Duffy's a go getter

That's what you call "American know-how "!
Very interesting,I hope your cough gets better🤣
Farm I worked for always ran with duals on the big sq baler
Andy, we always watch and know you leave duals on pretty much because you want to. Double up your windrows if the baler can handle it to save rime.
That was so cool Hollywood I truly can’t see how ppl complain about the content
They must have seen the video because it was a lot closer before. Maybe one day we can get a video of Jared out in the field running a tractor. I know he is such a good mechanic.
I guess you were a step ahead. Thanks.
Rolling coal
Got a Love it
Boy, times have changed. Bigger equipment for sure, but whenever we saw the truck coming, it was either something to eat, or crap for not getting enough done. Now they’re on tv! 😂
Saftey first, Andy! But, it was cool for the baler ride along.. 🍻
32:30 would have been the perfect time for Rick Astley, "never gonna give you up", lol
Nice
Interesting --- While you were baling and went into the shade of the cloud It seems I could feel the hay getting tough just like it does when I'm baling my own. That's just weird.
Nice slowmo.
I never take duals off. Plus it makes your tractor look more sexy
