Welcome or welcome back to my channel! Todays video is a bit different and I hope you enjoy it! In todays mini vlog, I took you guys along what a typical day in my life looks like! This mini vlog included my pole dancing classes, where I learned a new spin called the "Baby Spiral", a mini routine where I learned how to put several spins together as well as incorporating floor work, the fundamentals of learning to climb the pole as well as conditioning to build strength. I took you all shopping, ran errands and on a cafe date to be productive! I hope you all enjoy this video!
