Unfortunately there aren’t ever really any good official informational releases from Playmates Toys about their releases these days. Products typically end up showing up in stores months before they ever get officially announced from Playmates
I just picked one up from Target yesterday. Easy to assemble, but the stickers are a total pain. Way too many of them, and some are a nightmare to place, including the one that ripped on you.
Am I the only one to remember with the old one when you turned it on it instantly started humming really loud? Like it sounded like it was going to take off? 😅

I shot my cousin in the eye with that pizza shooter when we were young then my mom took it from me making it clear that I won't be aloud to see it for a week. Funny thing is we forgot all about it until 2016. It's funny how even after years of helping my mother clean out her closet we never saw it or we've missed it until that day I was helping her clean out her closet I find it and that memory came back to me. lol
Nice! I never had the original. Tempted to get the reissue. I'm a little disappointed that it doesn't come with as many Pizzas. Are the pizza discs from the old one compatible with the reissue and vice versa?
Me neither I just bought the re-issue at Target today. I also pre-ordered the technodrome from Amazon. I did actually have the technodrome when I was a kid. Shout outs to my grandmother for getting it for my birthday
@@cooltoyI loaded the pizzas from the mutant mayhem pizza shooting van. Those work too. That one comes with 8 pizzas as well. And the re-issue has room for 16 pizzas. So I rapid fired all 16 pizzas so cool.
So lame they didn't include 12 discs. At least I guess they didn't make it smaller. Hopefully someone will part theirs out where I can buy some spares of the new pizzas. As I like buying new vs used old ones.
It's kinda weird to see a grown up manipulating this toy (box's photo) instead of some kid (original or not), something common nowadays, where toys, YES, TOYS, are oriented towards grown ups and not for children, and i don't care when this toy was made, reissue or not, from these toys to "Hot Toys" like ones, this degenerate and perverted world doesn't want to include children in its plans, this toy could appeal very much to nowadays children as well, but by showing that particular photo many kids could feel a little bit rejected, it's like the brand doesn't want new audiences for these products, such a weird behaviour. Kids nowadays only have phones and disgusting toys, and these ones from the 80s/90s are timeless. CHRISTUS VINCIT, CHRISTUS IMPERAT. DEUS BENEDICAT TIBI.

yep, you can swap the old pizza discs for the new ones either which way, they are the same sizes.
