I think you’re crazy...but in a good way! The baguette style really suits you...It’s your trademark and a lot more interesting than those that collect classic flaps in different colors, or LV canvas bags that all look the same. These baguettes actually look like different bags and they are versatile in how they can be carried. You keep doing you!!!
Oh yes! Im crazy 😂 I still can't believe I bought all those baguettes!!!!! But I have to say that I collect classic flaps too! But my CF collection is like the baguette one... I like different sizes, colors, materials, etc ! Now im into fun/unconventional Chanel bags. I sold a few baguettes and kept only the more special ones... embroidered and uniques 😍

HI! Thank you so much 😍 The one you're talking about... I found it on ebay... this XXL baguette was done in the yucca print and patent leather too 😍 Unfortunately I sold mine but I saw 1-2 on vestiaire collective a few time ago. Hope it can help 👍

a few things about the last one:
it's not vintage, the 2 metal plaques on the sides were only introduced after maybe 10 years of the original launch to make it fully convertible and then they stopped doing it around 2015 when they just switched to the metal D rings for the strap u when they also made the regular baguettes 6cm deep instead of 4 cm
also the zucca looks weird, it's too red and the double F doesn't align the way it should (i'm not sure how consistent the pattern has been through out the years but it looks off in a way i cant' describe without a diagram) so thankfully u did not payed that much for it
ps: the red leather in the denim one is ostrich leg leather

Beautiful collection! It appears you must now be a Fendi baguette expert! So, I have a question for you: do all Fendi baguette bags have the word “Fendi” engraved into the front large metal FF buckle on the closure tab? I have two bags I purchased preloved. One has the “Fendi” engraved along the side of the front metal closure tab, the other does not. So, I’m wondering if one of them is a replica. Thanks!
Sandra Leonor Hello Sandra , I’m not sure I’m an expert but I’ll try to help you. ☺️ Some baguettes has the Fendi on the buckle on the side ... Some has the Fendi engraved at the back of the buckle and some doesn’t have any Fendi engraved because they are made of another material. For example the raffia one and the red embroidered the buckle is a kind of “ wood” so there is no Fendi engraved on it ( maybe the material is too fragile for it ) Try to find the authentication code inside the bag it’s a long number marked with silver or gold “ink”. I hope I could help you a little bit ? ☺️ if you want you can send me some pics on IG and we can try to figure it out , but normally the fakes one you can easily see it’s fake ... ☹️
Thanks! 😍. I have the classic Zucca canvas baguette with the metal closure. I also have the classic zucchino canvas baguette with the metal closure. The zucchino has “Fendi” engraved on the side of that front piece. The zucca does not. The zucca, which is the one I’m wondering about, has the FF on the underside of the zipper and has a partial serial number stamped inside and has Fendi engraved in the strap buckles and the canvas is also nice and thick. But, it doesn’t have the Fendi engraved on the side of the front closure and that is what is giving me pause, as well as the Stitching on the front leather tab is coming a little loose. I was just wondering if all of the front METAL Fendi baguette closures should have Fendi engraved in them. I read somewhere, I thought, that every piece of hardware on a Fendi bag should have Fendi engraved on it. 🤔. Do all of your metal pieces have Fendi engraved on them on the baguettes?
