you need to mod the ps4 version, and have the save file ready. i suggest getting ps plus, bc there has to be no ps5 save on the system so you can transfer the modded ps4 save to a ps5 save. with ps plus you can backup your ps5 save in the cloud just in case something goes wrong
bc there is no save file on the ps5 ( bc you backed it up on the cloud, n deleted it for the transfer to work) when you open the ps5 version , its gonna ask you if you want to transfer your (modded) ps4 file to a ps5 save file, n you’re done
