    Hi,
What are your thoughts on La Quinta?.

LOVE La Quinta as well, especially the gated area of El Herrojo Alto. The only problem there is that the plots tend to be a little smaller, so it has a slightly more dense feeling. Best regards, Sean

Hi I’m curious about La Quinta as well. How is the 2 gate security set up within The Hills La Quinta?

We love La Quinta, and I´m always a big fan of security if it´s done well and is a cost-effective shared expense. Sometimes it can amount to overkill if it´s 24 hour security within an estate that´s already protected by 24 hour security. I guess it depends on how good the first layer is. I had the same set-up when I lived in Los Flamingos, although in that case the first layer at the entrance to the resort was not really effective.
