He did a GREAT job! He has come leaps and bounds! He can just about clear a drain with a rod plunger alone! I don’t get all the hate. I’m afraid we’ll see less and less of Justin until he’s gone. . . For no good reason
If you would have had one or two more sections of rod it might have gone.
I don't normally criticise andy, but what's the point of hurrying Justin to clean the frame with a gloved hand, when you have a brush.
Jem only allows them two sections of rod per 12 months, so they have to make it last.

But with body work, many tasks are time quantifiable. With a drain you are going in unseen, who knows exactly what the issue is or how quickly it can be cleared.
