Great Video
My hooter stopped working.
Toyota Dealer quoted R8000 + labour to fix it.
I bought the clock spring from Goldwagen for R600 and reused the positioning sensor as you showed in the video.
Kind regards
ps. The clock spring has two ribbon cables with 6 conductors each inside and the conductor for the hooter was broken.
Just did mine too. Nice to have cruise control back. Piece of cake……when you know what you’re doing. 🙏
just fitted mine on my hilux perfect clear instructions thank you 👍
Awesome directions worked very well for me 👍👏
Thanks mate, really appreciate your video.
Thank you saved me some cash. 👍
Great video, is there any danger of the airbag going off doing this?
Hi. Where would you suggest I buy a new clock spring from? 2014 d4d hilux.
Thank you👍
Hi Johan, thrilled to have watched this. However I have an issue, the airbag and traction control light stays on but the steering controls and hooter works. I’ve ran diagnostics and it picked up a fault with the steering angle sensor. Is this also a related problem with what you have solved in this video?
which Is Number parte?
This was great extremely helpful, I have zero experience on cars and machinery, I did it first time and it all works like new!
