Def on time just told my daughter i was going to bed..i have anxiety bipolar chronic depression PTSD ect and I'm a single mother of 5 listening to you your words your voice it really helps me in almost every situation if i could stop smoking cigarettes it be a blessing but i can't sleep without you thank you so much ❤️🙏🏾

Hi Michael, I have benefited from so many of your videos. Thank you! You are very calming and I always feel very relaxed enough to fall back asleep.
I have a question. Have you ever touched on the subject of pet loss? One week ago today we made the very difficult decision to have our dog put down. He is no longer suffering. I am struggling horribly to go to sleep each night. I typically cry myself to sleep while clutching a couple of his small blankets.
I apologize for the lengthy comment. Forgive me, I am just curious. You are absolutely a Godsend for many of my other issues; anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I always turn to you 😢

I wish there was a playlist of videos with little to no visualization used. I can't seem to manage them
In each of my tracks I like to include as much multi-sensory awareness as possible - eg. what you might hear, feel, and even smell and taste at various times. Perhaps you could focus upon these other senses, apart from an imagined sight, if that better suits your relaxations and meditations.
