Those all turned out wonderfully. But just based on my own personal likes... The largest piece and the medium lengthy piece (sort of reminds me of South America in shape), are the ones that really grabbed my attention with beautiful colors. Although I will say that the one you refereed to as 'Mask looking' was indeed an unusually beautiful piece also. You truly are the Obi-Won Kyle-Nobi of the Obsidian World... As soon as I saw the last one, I immediately thought mask! The last five were insanely remarkable! I need rainbow obsidian in my life!!! You are talented pal!
The man knows obsidian. Great colors and polish. From my very limited experience, it takes skill to polish a flat surface with a round wheel without having be a little wavy. You can tell by the reflection how flat you got them. Loved that last piece.
More rainbows than
at a leprechaun convention. Each piece beautiful and unique. You did a great jpb. The ladt one was spectacular.

What a great job you did on those pieces of obsidian. They are amazing.

It would be interesting to see if those impacts from the cutting by hand could be reduced by using oil, instead of water, in the same saw.
That's a very good theory to try out.
It would be a messy one too haha
@@WorldofRockhounds Might be a good outside test on a nice sunny day. :)
You never stop thinking do you? You're take on lapidary is truly inspiring!

Obsidian Master
Nice stone and polish. I've seen people cut up whole pieces without getting the angle correct to show the color
That is awesome
Really Nice 🙂
great job
Obsidian is beautiful can you share the steps to sand and polish a free form sculpture to achieve the same beautiful polish. thx
Amazing😍❤️
Hey Kyle, I recently changed my name from AwakeLoner To JamesLovesRocks329. I was wondering where you got this amazing rainbow obsidian.
i am a fan of the conchoidal fracture that obsidian often has. its a shame that it would be basically impossible to polish the fracture.
