Any MEMBER MUST TALK WITH HIGHEST DEGNITY.
Any member must not make harsh statement for any community.
RAHUL must not make any statement which are anti any community.
SO SORRY.
Let Govt should PASS NECESSARY ACTS - with harsh punishment including imprisonment for longer periods.
