I can't remove the soft part of the seat to attach this. It will not budge. Guess I'm gonna have to wear a rain coat!
How do you keep it from sliding around since it's just placed on top of the toilet?

Some 4 year olds use the soft potty seat.
Especially in Europe.
Those soft potty seats are all complete oval seats.
Remove the soft potty seat for adults.
Remove the soft potty seat for teenagers too.
