Aimé, Virunga Origins Chocolate Factory

Aimé has been working for Virunga Origins since 2020 after training with chocolatier Dominque Persoone.
The chocolate factory employs and trains local people, sourcing its cocoa beans straight from the producers so everyone in the community benefits.
