Ikaris' scream in agony while with Ajak is heartbreaking...
He’s so misunderstood- this edit truly shows it - he followed like a good soldier and had to leave in order to not have them fell the pain that he had to endure - sad that he didn’t get a better ending but I hope he’s not truly dead even if it’s confirmed 😌

If ajak told the truth to everyone or to no one he would have lived his life happily with sersi and I am pretty sure if ajak wants to save this planet in the end he would have definitely done with his family. He deserves a happy ending. He has been through a lot of pain for 5000 years. And sersi is the only cure for his pain.
Richard maddens performance of this was incredible, it’s such an underrated movie, people misunderstood the point
it's not the movie that's underrated, it's his character, the movie was almost mid,Ikaris is the best thing this movie has, but that isn't enough to make the movie good
Honestly. Even though I don't like the movie that much (it's decently low on my personal tier list) but Ikaris...God damn he is so good. Richard played him so well. There's rumors (keyword. RUMORS) he may return and I really hope he does, he brought a level of 3 Dimensional nature to the movie with how he...is actually right technically. In the grand scheme of the universe Earth's billions is worth sacrificing for trillions more to be created. Sure most don't think so because we've seen and grown attached to the people, the animals and the planet as a whole. But looking at things from the perspective of celestials and how Ikaris sees things. He's not entirely wrong.
i really think that if he comes back, they won't be able to write his character as good as they did in Eternals, i actually don't know how they managed to make a character soooo great, yet the movie is meh,
My Marvel "secret" is that Eternals is actually one of my fave movies in the franchise. I eagerly await a sequel.
