I'm amazed how coherent her replies are. This is so much better than commercial chatbots.
Everything Vedal does is better than what we normally see. The AI voices he make from people are so much better than what we normally see on UA-cam.
Commercial chatbots are typically made with minimal effort, just good enough to get your money or data.
Commercial chatbots are made for the public so it's not fine tuned to specific needs. A personalized ai bot can do more with little resources because it doesn't have to do everything. Like a specialist vs generalist software developer.
It's not difficult to set up. There are a lot of people already doing similar stuff on r/localllama

Canadian here.
First: Neuro and Vedal need to marry.
Second: Neuro must « move to Canada from UK and become a Canadian resident.
Third: Vedal will in this situation receive money from Neuro(that is not taxable under the treaty between Cad and UK)
Fourth: Neuro herself will be taxed. Under Canadian taxes.
In this situation Neuro pay taxes. But not Vedal from the income coming from Neuro.
Meaning in a Country with No taxes AND under a specific treaty regarding immigrants and taxes.
This is totally doable!
P.S Neuro being recognized as a separate entity is also in the question but meh!

The Problem is that, at the moment, AI is not considered to have any Rights (look at copyright cases). So AI cant relocate Countries like a Person. Her Owner/Master would be (partially) responsible, but the more we check, the deeper that AI vs. Law rabbithole goes.

Not a lawyer, but it definitely wouldn't work until Neuro gets recognized as an actual legal entity.
To be honest the only thing stopping it is the fact that neuro isn't considered a person there are no AI rights therefore she can't relocate countries or fit into the tax system like a person would so it would technically still be Vedal making the money

AI managing to crack whalesong might be what pushes things over the edge into mainstream debate - there's already an active program attempting this.
We are going to need to have that conversation, sooner or later.

I assume you are discussing US taxes, I don't know if Vedal pays US taxes, but US tax law for citizens working abroad is that they have to pay the taxes abroad (makes sense) and US taxes even if that money never entered the US.
