As a Korean, can you do a story on Kwon Do-hyung of Luna? He has done the exact same thing as SBF and somehow managed to evade authorities and having a time of his life spending the fortune he defrauded from everyday people.

I heard that South Korea did file charges against him but he lives in Singapore rn and they don't an extradition treaty with SK, so there'd need to be negotiations and stuff

Really interested to see what Sam’s legal strategy will be. He’s been talking a big game about how innocent he is and how this is all just a big oopsie, but when he’s staring down the possibility of years of hard time, a plea deal can probably look pretty attractive.
I mean, by judging the lawyer that took his case, we can expect a really interesting defense. And with interesting I mean effd up

They did not file charges based on the video. The interview isn't even evidence right now. Get your stuff straight. Correlation is not equal to causation
1) An exchange has no business buying $300m worth of property in the Bahamas.
2) An exchange has no business sending $300m to Brazil
3) An exchange does not comingle client funds
etc. etc.
This was a scam from Day 1.
It was also hilarious how he screwed up his own extradition hearing, resulting in him spending an extra day in Bahamanian jail. if he had just shut up and did what his lawyers told him to do, he would have been on a plane back to the US that day.

It's really great that Coffee brought more attention to this issue, and maybe even has played a role to a degree by getting Sam to inadvertently admit some stuff, FBI investigations are not a bunch of Feds watching UA-cam, unless it's something like crimes recorded and uploaded to UA-cam. I guarantee you, it was all very boring and uninteresting work behind the scenes involving lots and lots numbers and paperwork.

How does him being arrested provide justice to the people who lost their money? Those people will never get any of that money back. The elephant in the room here is that they deserved to lose it.
