Echo might've used "America" at some point by mistake, but now officially it's supposed to be "USC" for "Columbia". So Glory Hounds isn't ACTUALLY in the Echo universe, and has no connection to those games other than the same names and other easter eggs. You could say it's an AU without the Echo stuff (so far). I believe Europe is actually Europa, and it's the Europan Union, so "euros" are still a thing. Lakhia is supposed to be Poland, and they're really using any historic of old names for countries - in europe, it's mainly Roman province names.
Dont know if you've found it out yet, but lahkia is just echo's name for poland. Glory hounds pretty comfortably settled into the groove of echo project games world building by just having places that are exactly the same as the real world's but with funny names lol. There's a "lahkian" character in the smoke room so its safe to say Mrs. De Bruin comes from that country specifically because it had already been given an echo name.
43:38 - maybe it’s just me, but those canals look a little like the streets have flooded and they’ve just built on top of the old buildings rather than them originally having been constructed as canals. And given the Netherlands is mostly flat country, flooding from rising sea levels is a real threat for them. Edit: 47:34 - didn’t consider there being aquatic species; given that maybe the canals aren’t repurposed flooded streets.
Rewatched the Lets Try of this in case you started from there since it has been awhile. It was neat to see the differences and you did get further but I think the highlight is that you are still trying to get people to see Cats with you. Next time you can get the group together, it wont be to record a visual novel, but instead react to Cats.
I only have mild synthesia but I've never smelled the cigarette smoke coming out of a scene before! Just speaks to how effective the atmosphere is in this vn!

You might already know, but Keith has mentioned that Password might become monthly with a route per video. Curious if Path P will be part of Dean's or it's own seperate thing, but will find out in a few months I guess.
If the brisket in question is in a similar place to where it is on the cow, it'd be part of the chest, which, if you're cleaving through the top of the head, is pretty damn far to cleave.

disco elysium has very good worldbulding, and if you play the game in different "routes", like playing as a moralist or a fascist. The fascist one especially, spoilers, measurhead will give lots of information, especially about the pale and the reality of the world, and that is pretty interesting. Also moralism is very moronic to talk about, but their political quest is very impressive and memorable. One day you should check those paths out. There is lots of content you can't get in a single playthough, even if you look into every nook and crany.
would humans really be that weird if they are part of the setting though? most of the time in furry works the available species are just there without much logic or explanation. the weird thing is how consistently homogeneous family lines are, even though we see interspecies action far more often.
