I faithfully built this engine a few years ago an it’s changed my life. I stuck to the exact brief with a 2200 stall and 3.45 gear. Great daily driver that does low 12s at the local unprepped track. Since then I’ve tried a 2500 stall, then a 3000 9 inch stall. I love the 3000 stall and it really unlocks this engine down low. I blew my Th350 a few weeks ago and I’ve just tried a powerglide and 3.72 gearing. What a great combo with a 4K converter! I’ve got a bit of nitrous and racing in a few weeks. I’m also building a 355 with COME gear. That’s a power adder forged engine. But this 383 is the envy. It just works!

how u make 383 can only find 355 crank
