Let say we lack good health facilities in Africa that sometimes lead to birth difficulties. There's no easy delivery or birth. In the West many pregnant women go through C-SECTION form of delivery. And why is because they perfer to be operated than a natural one. I would only agree if people who are avocating for this say, let them teach the local doctors who are doing this to be careful and to be taught how to do it correctly. It could be risky if the local doctors don't know how to do it.
