I'm not Inna, but stumbled across your message and thought I'd let you know that you can buy a rubber/plastic coat with Ukrainian letters that you can cover your current keyboard with (instead of buying a new one). You will only need to add Ukrainian as an additional language to your PC settings, and switch to it when you use the cover with Ukrainian letters to make them match :) A friend of mine is doing this and she's quite happy with this arrangement.
