Hi dave I'm new to the hobby and a new sub to your channel , I'm struggling with scale size I've bought a few 1:72 , that are quite small but I've seen some that are larger I would prefer to do a larger size like the ones you have shown In this video but I'm guessing they are expensive? Any help would be much appreciated thank you neil
@@nidge2822 hello mate and thanks for subscribing! EBay, Vinted and sites like that are very good for picking up bargains if you’re working to a budget. Older kits can tend to be a little cheaper too.
The Airfix 1:72 Bf110 was the first kit I ever made in 1972. Made it in one evening sat on the front door step.
Love it!
It is the new mould and is brilliant.
@@rodneypayne4827 yeah it looks very nice.

@@GhostRider247 yeah I’ve picked up a few bargains on there. Great page. 👍🏻
The famous Airfix box art has gone to the dogs since Airfix panders to the history deniers with no Swastikas.
Hi. I build the kits with swastikas on, so the box art leaving them off doesn’t bother me to be fair.
It's law in the UK and some European countries.
@@rodneypayne4827 No it not law in the UK.
Well if you didn’t whinge, you couldn’t be called a whinging Pom.
@@ekspatriatAirfix sells their products internationally and they’re not going to make different box art for different countries.
