Overlanding in the BC Chilcotin Mountains

- Our team took to the mountains to experience driving in the alpine on high elevation shelf roads in the BC Chilcotins. A bunch of us had never been in the area, so it was cool to share the experience with our friends! Driving our Toyotas, we had a full collection of Tacomas, 4Runners, and Tundras of all years in our group.

Great video guys. Planning a similar trip this summer. How was the drive upto that last spot. I've seen a cpl of dirt bike videos of it and it looks steep and narrow. Did the rigs with front and rear lockers and 33"+ tires have to winch in many points? I'm on a stock gladiator rubicon. I've got no winch yet but I believe the jeep would be better suited to that terrain.
