thank you very much for your comment. I think daylight saving time/summer time on of your watch, you need to that option OFF.
Follow the instruction.....
When the normal timekeeping mode in your watch,
1) press the upper left button 2 second hold,
2) then press the lower left button.
3) press the lower right button to set the summer time OFF/ON/AUTO, You select OFF.

I had to press Button A for more than 5 seconds, then manually adjust the hands because they were out of calibration, then the time was adjusted properly, thanks again!@@timewatchdc
