#Shilajit or Momian , is the material extracted from rocks inside this cave long back in Oman 🇴🇲.
it is used in many traditional therapeutics illnesses such as bone fractures , that this extraction help bone healing .
others use it in milk as a drinks to boost the general health and well being.
the cave is one of many caves used for this purposes and this cave is located in Wadi Al Meeh related to Amerat ridges.
