Might seem overwhelming but a mini gallery wall would be nice with the sardines! That piece would be the feature with other pieces and maybe small mirrors around.

I just picked up a silcone hamburger patty maker (makes 8), and it has been a game changer! I'm a little more on the keto side of carnivore, so I will mix in a little veg, cheese, and herbs and oh my, amazing! I'll either make a big batch and freeze them, or I will cook them all at once and store in the fridge for a week. While I love pre-made burger patties, sometimes it's not always cost-effective. Also, I prefer getting my fat from add-on's vs. just fatty ground beef (I'm exploring high fat keto/carnivore and am loving it!)

I’ve made burgers with the same thing. I liked it so much I bought another one to make more at one time. So much more cost effective and takes hardly any time and effort. Got it on Amazon. Another change for me, I’ll make meatloaf, sometimes 2 at once, where I can freeze one and eat the other over the course of a few days.

I so enjoy when you make these videos. You are so authentic! Always get a chuckle or two when I’m watching. So real…. Got your cookbook, awesome recipes. Will be trying many. I make your bread from your original recipe that I saw on Serena’s UA-cam channel. I’ve also made the one with cottage cheese. I like them both. I’ve experimented with both making sweet breads (loaves), chocolate ( inspired by Serena’s channel again, using your original bread recipe), cinnamon loaf, and lemon loaf. They turned out really well. More of a pound cake consistency. Such an ingenious recipe to come up with. Thank you so much. I had given up on bread substitutes. Just couldn’t get the popular egg white bread to turn out as something I could actually eat and enjoy ( was always a choking hazard for me😊). Plus too much like work for me. Thank you again💁🏼♀️

I would hang the sardines in the middle and down fairly low. I use mango chili to season chicken thighs. Good on you for the workout. That's on my list today.

I bought a carnivore bar to try last year. I took one bite and threw it away...BUT, I was early stages covid and having meat aversion. I should try them again.
They can definitely be an acquired taste! My 6 year old loves them, but 4 year old says 🤢 lol

I always keep activated charcoal capsules in the cabinet for food poisoning problems. I had it three times a few years ago. Any time something tastes the least bit off or feeling punky I take two or three capsules and it hasn't ever failed me. Just a suggestion... hope it helps 👍
