I'd go for the 30 if I was going to rent. The 37 would be better for a couple, I think, but the ground floor would be a big no from me.

Perfectly fine. I'm not much of a homebody. I sleep and shower, maybe have a cup of coffee, and I'm out.

Miss Cat is great! It was good to see her. The 30 square meters condo would be fine for me alone. The 37 would probably be great for a couple, allowing for a little more privacy. 😅

thanks as always, this particular location, you would certainly benefit from your own transport. though you can get a grab taxi to town with the night bazar only being about 10 minutes away.

@@adventurefreaksss I have to be honest and say no idea! As I never take Grab - but I guess around 80 baht one way depending on traffic.

Oooh, is it not a bit too hot down there?? And wet and rainy at certain times of year?
Always nicer to have a larger living room, and the bigger dining table is ideal for two people to sit and work together. Two separate air con units, plus the washing machine = 1 bed is the winner.
Personally I agree the 30 sq meters is just to small and the lack the ability to move to another room is strange to me.
