Congrats to any of you who selected Seize the Grey to win. I'd like to know how you settled on this horse. Alternative facts led me to a different play: Mystik Dan over Catching Freedom. Close, but no cigar. A real fact is that DRF honors their promise of a free DRF hat if they tell you you're going to get one. DRF is a class act. They do what they say they're going to do. I enjoy doing business with them.

Mike is the only one I've heard point out what I've noticed watching Imagination's replays. He just doesn't really seem to want to run by horses and he never clears a field despite everyone assuming he'll walk to the lead here. I like that he's a gutty horse but this is by far and away the best field he's faced and he's never left you going "wow." If he's a short price he'll beat me.
See Jessica Tugwell (of Trust the Prophets) who had it even before Dan.
I dont care his odds, I dont like him either.

Catching Freedom is a miler/sprinter. Dan Gold Mugatu Steel
Imagination(#9) could be controlling speed in this race IF he's not to slow and can handle the Pimlico goo. Tuscan Gold (#8) is coming into this race with the same form cycle pattern as Chad Brown's other two Preakness winners.He'll be in the perfect position to pounce if the 9 falters.Just Steel(#7) has a good race,bad race pattern.If that holds up he should round out the Tri or Super; maybe even the Exacta,if you don't mind taking a chance on his inexperienced trainer. Catching Freedom(#3) is coming into this race off steady, incremental improvement with good improving mid-race fractions.If the pace in this race were faster than I expect it to be, he would be my pick. The Preakness should cease to exist. They should change the triple crown. Put the second leg in California or somewhere else. The purses are poor and the fields are small as well as unimpressive.
