I believe I should watch a video on "How to survive the current recession" given the state of things. Actually, it's a complete failure. The fact that some people could still earn more than $$$k in a short period of time astounded me. If that's still the case, please explain how.

I did my 12th last year then I went to Canada for persuading my diploma in Business General this was biggest mistake of my life now I’m not feeling well here. I do want to come back to India and study further but I was thinking what would I do in my future and many more things but in one of your videos you’ve mentioned that you feel exact same like me when you went to U.S for your phd but you didn’t fell well there and you came back. You should not exit permanently even after 20 years...You need a STP in order to shift 40%-50% of equity wealth in a conservative or balanced equity-debt fund following STP per month so that once market crash happens your 50% wealth remain unaffected by the volatility and you can also draw monthly income from the conservative balanced equity debt fund/Equity savings fund..Which gives u stable return of 7-9% per year....Rest of your 50% wealth will remain for another 10 years in equity ..And again after another 10 years you will follow the same STP To shift a part of your gains systematically in equity- debt savings fund( balanced hybrid)
I would say you should invest accordingly to you needs. If you are planning for retirement then yes, you accumulate over the years and switch to SWP when you are close to it (may be switch to safer short term assets like debt and then to cash via SWP). But if you are saving for you marriage in 4 years then you withdraw it as and when you need it. Investments and savings should be goal based (also the investment products that you use, don’t invest all your money in equity if you want to use it for your wedding in 4 years)

Just a question: Why do people not count in that FD rates r compounded quarterly so basically if u put 1lakh for 5yrs @6.8℅, u get back over 1.4 lakhs. Which comes out to over 8% in real life situation. N its tax free.

An investment return of 14.2% on US stocks seems interesting. With the new tax policy on US investments, these numbers seem very low because investors may already have lost marginal sums. As an example, the Conversion Tax for Investing is 20%, which means that for each Rs 100 converted into US Dollar, Rs 20 will be deducted at source, so only Rs 80, which is not even a dollar, constitutes a full investment. You might think Rs 80 is fully invested, but I believe there are some other charges that might further reduce it. Therefore, I would appreciate it if @warikoo could make a special video explaining how tax affects US investing and if 14.2% returns are justified.
Yes, this is true, video is important. Recent budget mentioned TAX on WITHDRAWAL** (20%*). So there is alternate to not bring money in India, Open a US Bank account, it's better if you have some relative in US.

@warikoo i would like differ with you why, because the final inflation rate comprises of different sectors in it where each sector has different rate some with positive and some with negative inflation growth and by calculating it with 6 percent and getting to a conclusion is not correct in my view. You never mentioned about what happen if the money we invested or saved in a Bank account is safe or not. Because banks also get scammed by people like nirav modi, harshad mehta, etc. In that case bank only pays you 5 lakhs even if you have 1 crore in your account.
Still most of the people invest in fd bcz no one wants to be dependent on that invested money , to live life everyone do job and earns money and most importantly people can invest in fd without fear and the same amount how much they can invest in fd can,t take that risk to invest in stock market .
adding more to fd would be considered good and few u cn put in mutual fund or index fund. one should not put al their eggs in one basket 60-70 percnt fd other 30-40 prcent looking how much u cn take risk
I dont like the way he downplayed risk of loosing capital especially in a volatile environment of possible recession. When something is advertised on every second you tuber and ads for me its risk. Good plans normally dont need solicitation. In this environment 5 year ncs, short tems fds and ppf are way to go around 7 percent returns with tax benefit and no risk of loosing capital.

Just a question: Why do people not count in that FD rates r compounded quarterly so basically if u put 1lakh for 5yrs @6.8℅, u get back over 1.4 lakhs. Which comes out to over 8% in real life situation. N its tax free.

Yes, this is true, video is important. Recent budget mentioned TAX on WITHDRAWAL** (20%*). So there is alternate to not bring money in India, Open a US Bank account, it's better if you have some relative in US.

@warikoo i would like differ with you why, because the final inflation rate comprises of different sectors in it where each sector has different rate some with positive and some with negative inflation growth and by calculating it with 6 percent and getting to a conclusion is not correct in my view.

Brother Fd interest rate is somwhere around 8-9% not 5%
You never mentioned about what happen if the money we invested or saved in a Bank account is safe or not. Because banks also get scammed by people like nirav modi, harshad mehta, etc. In that case bank only pays you 5 lakhs even if you have 1 crore in your account.
Still most of the people invest in fd bcz no one wants to be dependent on that invested money , to live life everyone do job and earns money and most importantly people can invest in fd without fear and the same amount how much they can invest in fd can,t take that risk to invest in stock market .
Fd Rate is 8 percent in small bank and big banks are giving 7.5, is it worth to put some more money in fd considering the guarantee return no risk?

adding more to fd would be considered good and few u cn put in mutual fund or index fund. one should not put al their eggs in one basket 60-70 percnt fd other 30-40 prcent looking how much u cn take risk
from REITS its only the dividends we get , I checked all 3 of them the actual base price has not given any good returns :(

I dont like the way he downplayed risk of loosing capital especially in a volatile environment of possible recession. When something is advertised on every second you tuber and ads for me its risk. Good plans normally dont need solicitation. In this environment 5 year ncs, short tems fds and ppf are way to go around 7 percent returns with tax benefit and no risk of loosing capital.
